Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
My time as moderator will contribute to me becoming an admin because I have done a lot of f1's (when I don't do f1's I roleplay and seek out rulebreakers) and I have seen all of the possible things you can see as a mod and helped most of them, sadly, as moderators have a limited amount of commands I cant really help them all...

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
Well the only only obstacles I faced during my time as mod on the SSRP server is not being able to help a lot of people... For example, a player made an f1 about being raided while building and he had printers in the base, so I told him that thats not allowed so he started yelling at me for being a crappy mod and I get warned by players a lot saying they will report me for doing my job right, people should get encouraged to read the rules more...

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Dear <Player> After looking through your Unban Appeal I have made a decision.
You have committed a serious violation of server rules, but you show remorse over the deed.
However the deed has already been done, but I will lover your ban time to 1 week.

I hope you use that time to study the rules and pull a lesson from all of this.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words) - I should be promoted because I am genuinely a better moderator than the rest. I do up to 30 f1's a day and I play every day for at least 2 hours (usually 6 hours). I reported a lot of bugs which really need to be fixed and I work really hard on making people break less rules, even if I have some weird tactics they were all taught to me by the one and only DCX!
Even though some people say I am rude, those people are just jealous. I am a friendly guy and anyone can confirm it! I was really mad the last meeting when I was not accepted but with a good reason. I really hope I get it this week!

You raged this morning about not getting admin. You should no go right ahead and make a new application. Wait two or three weeks and improve on the feedback that was given in your last application.

You might not know but gametracker is glitched, she is really active and always does f1s, she did deserve adminstrator and got it. Please do not make comments on others if you didn't get it. If you're raging because you did not get it means you wanted it for your personal benefits? You wanted to feed yourself instead of serving others?

Your entire "Why you should be chosen" consists of you telling us how you're better than everyone else and all the people who doesn't agree with are wrong and "jealous". You say you got mad last night over not getting admin and that you had a good reason but clearly you didn't since a majority of the staff team agreed that you weren't ready. You could just have waited another week and applied again and probably gotten accepted, which shouldn't be a problem if you're so "good". Instead you decided to act out and probably upset several staff members, showing us that you’re immature and not ready.
