How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would ask him to stop disrespecting and if he continued to disrespect i would warn him and gag/mute him, And if he would still not stop i would then kick him from the server, And if he returned back and continued to disrespect i would get a higher member to give him a ban.

Why I should be chosen: I would like to become a deathrun staff member too help out with rule breakers and also a lot of the time when i go on theres a player afk and if its only a few people on you cant play because the game cant go on without him being kicked/slayed which has happened to a lot. As most people know im on zarps servers every day which means if i got accepted there would be one more active member of staff added to the servers . Rule Knowledge/Following of Rules: Good (Never seen you break a rule with my own eyes and I don't think you have many warnings)
Application Effort: Bad (I would recommend you applied with a different application because copying a app is just pure laziness without permission of a higher rank member)

Gametime: Alright (You say you have around 500 minutes which equals to around 10 hours which is pretty average and i dont know what to think of this... But in my opinion you need to try to fit in some extra hours before the next meeting)
