I pretty much play every day like 4 hours and i play more at the weekends cause im still learning...
I speak English and Hebrew(i know at least 6 player that are not related to me who speak better hebrew then english)

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:"Random Death Match" or "RDM" is when you kill someone else with no RP real purpose it's like a citizen will come to a gangster from behind and kill him for no reason

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:"New Life Rule" or "NLR" is a rule that say you can't go back to where you died for three minutes (between 2 tunnels, there's a timer at the top of the screen) a gangster cant go back and revenge someone who killed him which is also rdm

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario:"Metagaming" means that can you only use your in character information and not use what you know. you must play "though your character". a player cannot use the /ooc "out of character" to say stuff that are "in character"

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Well in that situation I will check logs and ask if he mugged him or not (I can check logs for /me) and i will also ask a reason. if player x doesn't have a proof that player y rdmed him then i cant do anything (I wouldn't know if player x tried to rdm player y and player won the fight)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
if player x killed player y and then player y killed player x when the nlr applied then player y will get a warning but if player x killed player y twice then i will ask for proof it was in the same location as the death before it.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
First of all i will verbal warn him and explain to him why he cant do that but if he continues i will warn him for metagaming

I think i should be chosen becuase im in the server alot of times when mods aren't online which is good for the server. I am also very familiar with zarp environment, I applied to be a mod on the deathrun server and they wouldn't make me mod only because they wanted me to change my name which is no problem since i can do /rpname <name>. they also said im immature at times but i can say that if a real problem will cause i will be vary matture about it and take these kind of things seriously. i am seeing alot of rule breaking guys that im not getting a proof on time or somthing like that and he just gets away with that. i think i will make the server a better server with more order(im not saying it was with no order before but im saying that i will try my best to make it batter).

after i saw your negatives i came back to my post and saw that i did it unexplained as you wrote so i have edited my post.

edit i can actually explain these warnings.
you see i got most of them when i just joined the server and didnt know the rules which now i know better.
the first one saying the i had a random warrant is because i simply saw a drug lab inside a house of someone but didnt know what the command was so i did /warrant without giving a description, and for the record there were drug labs in there.

the prop climbing was when i had a base with my friends and they built stuff and i was bored so inside of my base without knowing the rule or using it to my own adventage i wanted to see if i can "surf" my way straight up. and that's why i got that warning which wont heppen again because i know all of the rules now. i use motd alot and i even know about the santa job which was added today.

the third one i dont really have an answer because i really dont remember it heppend nor do i ever remember have being kicked from the server.

the last one was when i used props on the bridge when it was up and some mod came to me and told me that it is not legal to do that which is wierd cause i did not block any road or anything.

i am seriously saying now that im not like that anymore and i know the rules really good. i read motd all the time to make sure and i know rules that im sure some mods dont really know. like that you can shoot at someone who is mugging you if he shot once no matter what

I will check your punishments later and edit my post.

BTW i must say that i am online for like an hour and a half now with no mods or anything and everybody is rdming and there is chaos in the server.. *cries in the corner* i'm scared
