you were right it's metagame but you did not explain metagame. Metagame is saying in character info in out of character chat, out of character chat is either ooc or admin chat which is staff only. Or metagame can be saying out of character info in in character chat such as saying in advert "hold on guys im going to make a coffee ill be afk at spawn" this is metagame bacause you are giving ooc info in out of character chat you character didn't leave himself to make a coffee, thus metagame (I know what I said here is confusing but once you learn what it is it will make more sense)

So you are saying you would randomly warn him? you don't warn without proof nor with out a reason, the logs do not prove anything as they just say they died they could of had a rp reason to kill them, e.g mug, kidnap, self defence. So you are saying you believe a person is guilty with out proven inncocent, well you are wrong a player if you go by this way then you will face a demotion fast and you will dig yourself into a hole, this is not a good example of a good staff member.

well he did metagame but in my opinion I wouldn't of warned him that fast I mean it's just kinda harsh. you shouldn't give out warns left and right instantly it will grow to stab you in the back one day but still you could of put more effort into this.

Well if you are a super admin on breed gaming why would you want staff on here it's just offensive to the zarp staff team that you are dedicated to another server, why do you think people are getting demoted and banned, thats right they get staff on another server or on this so called "aff" server that Chris our ex-cm made, so being staff on another server ruins your chances. lso it says we recommend around 150 words you have 38 so not much effort, in all honesty I put more effort into this reply than you did into the post it's self.
So from me this is a
-Support as you have put no effort into this what so ever and also you go by the rule that a player is guilty until proven innocent which would get you demoted faster than you could turn your head around. So I have came up with some brief examples of why I have this verdict.
1.Needs to put more effort into the application
2. Goes by the rule that a player is guilty until proven innocent
3. Only gave one explanation of a rule but it was effortless
4. gave effortless scenarios
5. Is inactive on server one in my opinion as I have not seen you on in months last time I think I seen you was in October.
