Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario : "RDM" is short for "Random Death Match" and it's a term used when a player kills another player for an invalid reason.
Example : A Gundealer kills a thief who walks into his shop because " he looked like he was gonna raid".
A thief kills a fellow thief in a base because he was afraid he would get his printers stolen.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario : "NLR" is short for "New Life Rule" this is applied when you die you must forget all your past life and stay away from the place of your death for a few minutes.
Example : A thief gets raided and dies then comes back again to kill the raiders. That's breaking NLR.


Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario : It means giving players information that they shouldn't know about characters in-game.
Example : a thief sees a group of gangsters having printers or drugs and tells his friend on skype who is a cop to go arrest them.
Example : a guy is looking for his friend and he says his location on "OOC".

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. : First i would check the logs to see who killed who and if player x killed player y before reporting to me, then after checking the logs i have to hear both sides of the story from both players and depending on that i will punish the player.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time : I would also hear what both players have to say first, then i would warn player y for breaking NLR if he really did.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided : i would teleport to him and tell him verbally that he broke metagame, if he breaks it again i will warn him and tell him to call 911 if he must.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words) : well to start off, i have a lot of experience in administrating i've been on Garry's mod for 3 years or more and i've learned a lot including how to deal with trollers and rule breakers and what i would do if i was an admin or in charge in any way and i know to keep calm and not let anyone get me angry and therefore make me do something i should not do that would get me in trouble, another reason why i got accepted in many other servers' ranks is that i'm always on the server at times when it's not very full and there are no admins online so everyone breaks some rules which leaves only me to solve any problems during that time, and also that i know more than English ( languages listed above ) and that helps me communicate with more players and make them feel comfortable talking to me in their own language.

what?? i was mutant for only a few minutes and i only killed 1 hobo but no one else...not even CP who shot me.

I didn't break any mutant rules, the mutant rules specifically say : Mutants and Hobos are at war and can kill each other anywhere on the map.
