Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

I have been moderator for over 3 weeks right now, I feel that I am ready to become higher rank because I did many F1s. I am always friendly towards players, always trying my best to provide help to the users. I know all of the commands and possible F1 situations.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

There were people who were running around during my F1s so I had to froze him, When I was doing F1 someone randomly came and started shooting. I have also encountered a lot of mass rdmers, massive spawn propblock and I couldn't do much because of the lack of powers. There was also a situation about a citizen mass rdming. I warned him and told him to not do it again, but he kept doing it. I warned him till he got kicked but he rejoined and kept mass rdming.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Congratulations on your moderator promotion, hope that you are going to serve well. ZARP is community where you will have to put a lot of effort and dedication to achieve admin rank in the future. However we will talk about training in this message. In the first section we will talk about moderator commands:
1. Slay - Slays target (can be used as a punishment for FearRP or FailRP). There are 4 types of slays: Normal, Silent, Explode, Rocket.
2. Kick - Kicks target (you can specify a reason while kicking, use for minor/manor level punishments.
3. Unban from the job - Very useful command which allows to unban falsely demoted people.
4. Freeze - Freezes target for amount of time (really useful in F1 situations)
5. Various TP-related commands - These includes TP (Teleports you where you are currently aiming at), Goto (Teleporting you to the target), Bring (Bringing target to you), Back (Teleporting target to last location)
6. F1 Menu. The f1 system is now different to you and you can see how many f1's there are and handle them. You can also see the logs and recent warnings.
7. Admin keypad checker - Allows to check amount of time set up in someones Keypad.

This are all necessary commands allowing mods to perform F1s with pleasure!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Seeing this is your first ban and you put effort on your appeal, I will lower the ban on 5 days. Take the time to rethink what you did and read the rules more.

why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).Being a moderator is great and has a big responsibility, I had fun helping people with their f1's and punishing rule breakers but because some lack of powers moderator can't do much. I've been in this awesome community for a long time now and I believe I'm ready. I spend more time doing f1's than role playing and I try my best to help everyone, I do every single f1 and I don't avoid the hard ones. I'm also looking forward to host events if I get accepted! .
