Estimated Server Time: Having recently changed my steam name to include the |Z| at the begging I have included gametracker links for both my old and new names. The majority of my time doesnt seem to be logging as I'm usually a Mod on duty and not RPing or gaining score. With this included I would estimate i have somewhere between 60-70 hours worth of playtime, almost all of which during the last two weeks has been me as mod on duty.

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin. : I feel that I have learnt a lot during my time as a moderator. I am confident handling all situations and generally only have to ask for help if i need someone banned. As I have a lot of experience as staff on other Zarp servers as well, this has enabled me to learn and improve quickly as a moderator on DarkRP.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I have had multiple situations where people are angry with me that i am unable to warn the person who allegedly "RDM'd" tem because they have no proof. Several instances where people swore at me and were very sexist towards me generally. All of these situations where handled calmly and professionally with the people in the wrong receiving the appropriate punishments.
There have also been multiple situations where about 10 F1s have been submitted at the time and I have had to complete them all by myself (Even with staff of higher ranks on the server afk I think) This resulted in me giving a tempoary ban (For reaching the warning threshold) To several people as there were not admins online at the time to ban them for me,

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Hello! Congratulations on getting moderator on Zarp DarkRP! This post is going to give you a detailed understanding on the commands and skills you will need to get your job done. I will also teach you how to deal with some difficult situations that you will need to be able to handle to be able to help the server.

Commands:
Commands can either be used in the chat, or by pressing the TAB menu and clicking the player you want the command to affect.
/tp <Player's Name> - Teleports the player <name> to the area you are looking at.
e.g. /tp RedPowder

/goto <Player's Name> - Teleports you to the player in question's location. Used when handaling an F1.
e.g. /goto Blackarmy121

/bring <Player1> <Player2> Teleport the first named player to the second named player. If only one name has been entered then Player 1 will be brought to your current location.
e.g /bring Mogadonskoda ReaperRoel (This will take Mogadonskoda to ReaperRoel) OR /bring Mogadonskoda (This will bring Mogadonskoda to myself)

/slay <Player's Name> <normal/silent/explode/rocket> - Kills the specified player using any of the methods entered. This could be useful to stop an RDMer ( can also be used as a punishment however this is less commonly used)
e.g. /slay Pink

/warn <Player's Name> <reason> - Warns the given player for the reason specified. Used when the player has broken a rule. For example; /warn ReaperRoel FailRP (will warn the specified player for breaking the rule "FailRP")

/unwarn <Player's Name> - Removes a warning from the player specified.
For example /unwarn Mogadonskoda , Although this command is usually easier to use via the F1 menu (Warnings Tab)

/freeze <Player's Name> - Freezes the specified player. This could be used when someone keeps walking away from an F1 sit or to stop a mass RDMer.
E.G. /freeze ReaperRoel

/unfreeze <Player's Name> - Unfreeze the specified player. If you have frozen someone to talk to them in an F1 situation make sure to unfreeze them when you leave by using this command or accessing it through the tab menu.
e.g. /unfreeze Nexize

You also now have access to the "Admin Keypad Checker"
This can be used to check that fading doors have been connected to keypads (Checking no one is propblocking)
Can also be used to check someone's fading doors open for the correct ammount of time after lockpicking (At least 4 seconds)
So this is generally a useful tool to make sure someone is not breaking rules with their doors.

If you feel a player needs a ban for any reason, please save their SteamID (optionally ingame name as well) and give it to an admin with the reason you want them banned. The admin will then complete the punishment for you.

When handling F1's Try to remain calm, collected and professional. Any F1's with over 1000 Priority can generally be discarded as the logs for the event in question will most likely have expired. Please try your best to handle the F1s with the highest priority first then make your way down the list. This helps everyone get seen to as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?:

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I was told by multiple highly ranked staff members to apply for this rank. Although I was skeptical I would get accepted I thought I should try anyway as it is a position I feel i deserve and have been working hard for.
I am fully confident in my ability to handle all situations that may happen on the server, and the rank of admin would allow me to access the "ban" command thus relieving me of having to hang on to information for hours to wait for an admin to log on and ban them for me, I have staff ranks on Deathrun and TTT so I am familiar with how to handle the rank of admin and when it is appropriate for a player to receive a ban. I also feel I am a trusted and dedicated member of staff and would like the opportunity to obtain this rank. I have been working hard on the server for a couple of weeks now and although this may not seem like a lot of time I am fully confident in my ability to handle this rank. When I am on the servers I have had multiple scenarios where I am the only staff member completing F1's despite there being several other members of staff online at the time. I'm always available to help players and other staff and always give people a fair chance in game. I have never broken any rules on darkrp and during my time at zarp i have never received a warning on any server. I feel I would be a valuable addition to the admin team as my experience throughout zarp and the skills I have gained mean I am more than capable of contributing in an efficient way to the darkrp community. I always put other players before myself and seek to help people in any way possible. I greatly desire to continue aiding the community by any means possible.

So, there are my opinions for you ma'am.

1) You need to be more active. (On 2 servers, server1 more)
2) You need more time as mod. (Like a month) and you need experiences with your playing time. Maybe you need more time than a month.

As i stated in my application my gametime looks low as i am on the server as mof on duty. Ad i obviously dont kill people during this time my gametracker fails to record however i can assure you I am very active on both servers.

You handle F1's really well when I have been watching you. You could do with a little more experience as a mod but your other experiences as staff is really showing threw. Good luck.

Great Mod, I hear alot from others that you help out alot, but in all honesty I think you should wait 1 more week till you get admin so you can get a little more experience.

You're one of the best moderators currently on darkrp, spending 90% of your time on F1's. I only think you need a little bit more experience, so that's why I'm going with Neutral

Right, there are many positives about you as-well as a few negatives.

Judging from what others say (I am not so active on DarkRp anymore), you are a very dedicated and helpful Moderator, however you lack experiencd being that you were promoted not too long ago, furthermore it seems as if you are rushing through the ZARP ranks far too quickly - slow down.

GAMETIME & ACTIVITY - judging from what I see from my own eyes, you have not been that active recently which must be improved on as soon as possible.

Judging from what others say considering I have never spoken to you) you are a superb overall person.

Improve your activity/gametime and wait another 1/2 weeks and you may take my support, but for now, I am neutral.

Her gametime is perfectly fine, just on the gametracker links she has over 10 hours as I write this, and then as she spends the majority of the time doing F1's there is probably more than that which isn't on the gametracker. And then about you guys saying she needs more "experience". What do you even mean, you say she handles all her f1's perfectly well. How can she improve on that? Not to mention she has probably encountered similar situations on the other servers she is staff on. So could you at least explain why she needs to wait, instead of giving a vague nonsensical statement saying wait 1-2 weeks because some reason your not actually saying. Try to be more constructive...

In my case atleast, I've said I've seen her doing F1's.
I've not said she did the F1's pefectly.

I just suggest 2 or 3 weeks to get some experience as Moderator.
Then theres no point for me in denying her. ( If she does it alright)

your time on the other servers arent the best at the moment in my opinion, so I dont think a promotion on here would serve the best considering you would just focus on here more, and plus I told you to go on server 1 more than server 2, and i still rarely see you on there. Do everything that should be done about what I just said, and you would have my support.

I'm only slightly inactive on TTT
my activity on deathrun is on track and I was active last week on TTT before the game trackers got rekt.
I also still have time to get my activity for everything this week.

Also as I previously stated I have been playing on server 1 more, however as I am completing f1's during this time my game tracker isn't logging as I am not gaining score (kills)

Jazz is a good moderator, and i disargree with that she have to wait another week, she know how to do f1's and she handle it pretty well. I really can't see why she should wait another week, and like Modo said, please give us a reason in that case.
