Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
Well I have been moderator for about a bit over 6-7 weeks not certain and I have got to the point where I help new mods on f1s if they are not sure and I have learnt a lot about the system zarp.i have came to know many admins/mods/staff .

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I have had a time when a user would sadly shout abuse I overcame this by ignoring them and then warning. I have had to ban people so I call an admin politely and get him to do the ban.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Thank you for appealing the ban I hope you understand the offence fully and will strive to put it right. As this is your first ban on record I will be lenient as you are sincere. Please don’t re-offend or the sanction will be permanent. Thanks from specific -accepted

Why believe that I should be promoted.
I have been a mod for quite a long time and I think to be able to contribute more and help more I need to be admin. I am a trusted player and mod and most common players and staff know me. Yes I take in to account that 2 weeks ago I had a minor bump in the road and I have learnt from it and I believe that after 2 weeks we should forget the past actions and take recent ones into account. I am constantly trying to improve my skill and I believe that I have got to a strong point in being a mod and I would like to have a shot at being an admin. I wish that you would grant me admin. You seem to be a nice guy and your Application doesnt look bad. sadly I have only seen you a few times and gametracker shows 0 activity on both servers for me. I know that gametracker is really buggy at the moment. Therefore I will be Neutral I will decide in the meeting after hearing other opinions about your Application. First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for making the effort to apply for a rank on the ZARP Semi Serious DarkRP. Your application has been discussed at an administrative meeting, and from there it has been voted on.

As the number of 'yes' votes exceeded the number of 'no' votes you received, you have been accepted.

Towards the bottom there is a button leading you to a download of a 'welcome pack' (moreso intended for new moderators) - this will give you a brief insight into your duty and how to do it, but before we can give you your rank you will have to attend a training session. You can ask any superadmin for your training..

You need to attend a weekly meeting on our Teamspeak server (IP is 94.23.19.200), it would also be appreciated if you can click the banner in my signature and add me on steam so that we can manage the meetings more easily.
