Bhop Related
Explain how you would help someone that is New to the gamemode.
if someone comes on the server and says that they dont know how bhopping works that i would probaply explain the goal of the gamemode, "get to the end of the map and when you get better and have more skills then you can try to beat the map faster and faster. every time you complete the map you get some xp that adds upp to a rank so people can see how good you are at bhopping. and that you also earn point that you can guy hats and player models."
after that i would probably explain how you bhop. "you start by holding down w to gain speed and then relesing the w key at the same time you jump and start moving your mouse left and right in a smooth motion and every time you move your mouse left then you hold down the A key and the same for right and D then i would probabpy recommend using the auto strafe mode becouse then the computer does the A and D thing automaticly" after that i would probably send him a video of some guy on youtube showing it from a first peson perspective and explain further about it.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
If someone is doing eny of those two i would simply type in the chatt "stop that please or else you are going to resive a mute or gag. if they dont stop then i will give them the GAG or mute

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
I would use the command respawn on the person so they get teleported to spawn and tell them of and maybe give them a warn depending on the "exploit".

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).
i think i should be chosen becouse at the moment there are no staff on that server so it would not be so bad to be the first. also i have alot of experience as an admin/mod over all being very responable and mature i that role. im also not staff on eny other server and im not planing on getting staff on eny other server meaning that il focus on playing bhop and only bhop

Releven is ideal for this position due to the fact that he has a lot of experience moderating. He has been in the community for a long while now which shows he is dedicated and that he shows great commitment and is trustworthy. I do not see any reason why he should not get this rank.
