Note: I have really thought before re-applying for this position. I understand the reason of not getting it the last time bit I have really worked on myself and I have acted maturely ever since.

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin. My time as moderator will contribute to me becoming an admin because I have done a lot of f1's (when I don't do f1's I roleplay and seek out rulebreakers) and I have seen all of the possible things you can see as a mod and helped most of them, sadly, as moderators have a limited amount of commands I cant really help them all...

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).Well the only only obstacles I faced during my time as mod on the SSRP server is not being able to help a lot of people... For example, a player made an f1 about being raided while building and he had printers in the base, so I told him that thats not allowed so he started yelling at me for being a crappy mod and I get warned by players a lot saying they will report me for doing my job right, people should get encouraged to read the rules more...

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Dear <Player> After looking through your Unban Appeal I have made a decision.
You have committed a serious violation of server rules, but you show remorse over the deed.
However the deed has already been done, but I will lover your ban time to 1 week.

I hope you use that time to study the rules and pull a lesson from all of this.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words). - I think I should be promoted mainly because I don't have enough of an influence to players, I find myself useless in a lot of F1 situations and I would like to change that. I am very active and aware of my responsibility as a staff member. I do a lot of F1's and when I don't I always look out for rulebreakers, I am active on the meetings and I pay attention, I have a will to learn more of the community and I constantly try to enhance the players experience. I have a lot of experience of my own on ZARP and I know that the staff is the one that really helps the player to be a better player that is why I think I should become an Administrator.

Luxor is always helpful when needed on the server. I always see him dealing with problems and from the ones I have been in they are completed quickly allowing players to get back to enjoying the game. Positives You're active on Server 1 You're doing F1's Negatives You seem to be a bit rude if someone is criticism you. You just got promoted to Moderator less than 3 weeks ago, so I think you'll need a bit more time first. I was already wondering, you said on the top of your Application something with 3 weeks as Mod...
