Estimated Server Time: Probably about 300-350 hours but it would be hard to tell when Gametracker didn't track my time sadly. I put in roughly 3-6 hours a day when I decide to play DarkRP (which also doesn't get counted by GT sadly)

If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Hello new moderator welcome to the staff team. This post is going to give you a little insight on how things are dealt with and how to use your newly given powers to help the server function as smoothly as possible.
The commands you can use in chat are as follows:
/tp <name> - Teleports the player to the location you are aiming at.
/goto <name> - Teleports you to the given player's location.
/bring <name1> <name2> Teleport the first named player to the second named player. If no second name is entered then it will bring them to your location.
/slay <name> <silent/rocket/explode> - Kills the given player using either of the methods entered.
/ignite <name> <time/seconds> - Ignites a player, slowly going through their HP for the given time (in seconds).
/warn <name> <reason> - Warns the given player for the reason specified.
/unwarn <name> - Removes a warning from the player specified.

Almost all of these commands are useful excluding the ignite command. These can be accessed easily through the scoreboard(tab) menu excluding /warn and /unwarn and you should probably use that when teleporting players in case you mistype someone's name and teleport multiple users that were not needed.
The F1 menu can be used to see if there are any F1's needing answered and can also show the warning list and the reasons a user has been warned. Please use this whenever there is an F1 made and make sure not to ignore any.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would firstly reply to their appeal "Thank you for taking the time to make this appeal as it shows you are willing to put effort into making your appeal and shows you are wanting back onto the server to enjoy it. Since you have been sincere and this is your first ban I will shorten the ban to 5 days, in this time I ask that you read the rules page found here:http://www.zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/darkrp/36415-ssrp-server-rules-updated-11-25-14
Please read the rules in the mean time and I hope you enjoy your time on the server and that knowing the rules helps you Roleplay.". I would then go into the server and unban the user with their SteamID provided.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I was a SA for DarkRP about 4 or 5 months back and was staff for much longer. I am trustworthy with the power and hold full responsibility for the powers given. I am extremely active on both the TS and forums and I would consider overly active on the DarkRP server which means I am always on hand to deal with help requests on TS the Forums and definitely in-game. I feel that the DarkRP server has been in need of some help as of recent and thought I might as well reapply and give it a shot since I am already experienced in staffing ZARP's DarkRP. I actively report players and help staff out with dealing with rulebreakers and have found myself actually giving out a couple pieces of advice to staff since returning and think that the server would benefit from having more active and experienced staff members.

As the number of 'yes' votes exceeded the number of 'no' votes you received, you have been accepted.

Towards the bottom there is a button leading you to a download of a 'welcome pack' (moreso intended for new moderators) - this will give you a brief insight into your duty and how to do it, but before we can give you your rank you will have to attend a training session. You can ask any superadmin for your training..
