RDM = Random Death Match: When a player kills another player for an illegitimate reason. Scenario: Player 1 is a thief and standing outside a base/house empty handed. Player 2 owns that building and shoots Player 1 because he is a thief and assumes he will try to break in.

NLR = New Life Rule: When you die and you go back to your district of death within 3 minutes. Scenario= Player 1 gets raided and with in 3 minutes goes back to the district he died in to attempt to stop raid.

MetaGaming:

Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that's player y killed x.

-I would ask Player Y why he/she killed Player X. If Player Y said it was a raid and he/she has a job that allowed raiding I would ask Player X if he/she had any proof. If Player X has proof that it was not a raid I would warn Player Y for RDM. If Player X does not have any proof, I would have to return them to their last location because there is not really anything else I could do. Also I would tell Player X to make sure and try to get a screen shot next time or record.

Explain how you would handle the follow situation: Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

-I would warn Player Y for breaking NLR if both of Player Y died in the same district as X in that short amount of time.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.

-I would talk to Player x about it and explain Metagaming to him. I would then ask him to read over the !motd. If Player X uses out of character chat incorrectly again, I will warn him for metagaming.

Why i should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I have been playing on this server for a couple months now and have enjoyed my time whilst RPing. I am VIP so that somewhat says that I really do enjoy the server, staff, and community. I have talked to many of the moderators and admins while playing and many have asked why I haven't yet applied for moderator. Despite being 17, I do all of my school online at home and frequently take “breaks” and play games (gmod being the most common). I am friendly to players of all age and will not discriminate anyone whom is seeking my help. I have never been kicked or banned but I do have some warns. I understand the rules and guidelines the server sets and have in the past helped solve problems between players when no staff were on. I hope I have provided you with all of the appropriate information you are seeking for. Thank you for reading this and I hope to hear from you soon.
