Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
Well I have been moderator for about a bit over 5 weeks not certain and I have got to the point where I help new mods on f1s if they are not sure and I have learnt a lot about the system at zarp.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I have had a lot of problems over my time I had to handle some very serious f1s such as a guy chair glitching into race track and I went through but lacked the power to ban so I had to call another admin onto server 1 to ban which was a pain to do. Also I regularly get abuse.
recently a guy who was Turkish made f1 and could not speak fluent English as I knew a guy who was Turkish I ask if he would mind to translate he agreed to and in the end I sorted the f1 out for the player.

If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I have read your appeal and you have given good reason to un-ban also you have made good effort to apologize never re-offend same rule or permaban will be issuued. –Accepted

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

First of all thank you for taking the time to read this it means a lot to me. I have been on ZARP server a lot actually it’s the only community I have been envolved on. I wish to make the community a better place. To help me achieve my goal I would need the powers of admin eg ban and something small but will be a good help to be able to freeze and move players with the phys gun. I have never abused as a moderator and have been grate help to new mods and the server in general. I have got to the point where I have been mod for long and experienced my next step at zarp is to be admin. I have been in many of situations were a phys gun and ban also no clip would be very helpful. I would be very grateful if I was granted admin. Please let me show you my capabilities and thank you for reading.

First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for making the effort to apply for a rank on the ZARP Semi Serious DarkRP. Your application has been discussed at an administrative meeting, and from there it has been voted on.

Unfortunately as more staff members voted 'no' than 'yes', the application has been denied.
