Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I'm mod on duty all the time. Because, i want to help. If i be an admin, i can help better to users. I'm working hard to deserve it. I hope you think I deserve. Everyone makes mistakes. No one is perfect.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I was in F1. I teleported to reporter. They had a building sign. I wanted to check their base and i saw drug labs. I called an admin.
Another F1, I teleported again and listened to reporter. I brought rule breaker to me. He ran away from me 3 times. I warned him for that then i froze him.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
There are new moderators here. Congrats. You're chosen. I'll teach you some things you must know.

• Teleport -
  • /tp : You teleport to where you aim.
  • /goto name : You teleport to [name].
  • /bring name : You bring [name].
  • /back name : You teleport [name] to his last position.
• Warn - /warn name reason : You can warn a player but you have to need a valid reason for warn.

• Kick - /kick name reason : Do not use unless you need. You can kick propspammer or mass rdmer. But you can warn him for mass rdm and you can teach rdm to him or just say read the rules. If he do it again, kick him. Name gets kick with 3 warns.
• Freeze - /freeze name duration : You can freeze [name] with duration.
• Slay - /slay name type : You can slay [name] with type. Do not use unless you need.
• Unban From Job - If someone got random demote, you can unban him from his job.

You can see requests, warnings, logs. This is your job. Look f1s in request. If you need check logs, you can see on f1 menu. You can search someone but you can see only last 10 minutes. Don't forget it.

You can type !motd and read the rules of zarp. If you want to teach rules, first you must know that.

If you need help, type /// message or @ message. You can type in admin chat with that. And you'll get help from staff members.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hey sir. If you want to be a player of zarp, you shouldn't break the rules. No mercy for propspam but it is your first ban. If you will be better player, i'm going to shorten to 5 days.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
Just like i said, i'm mod on duty all the time. I'm helping to players because it is my job. I'm playing rp little time if my friend comes to zarp. I tried to deserve it and i'm still trying. I got my moderator position and it was my chance. I'm grateful for that. I saw and handled a lot of f1s. They became my experience. I want to help without looking or waiting an admin. I don't look to who broke rules. If he is my friend, i warn him. I do equal treatment. I say "sir" to every one. I don't look his age. Because it is respect for me. And respect needed. I help as best I can to players. If there is a f1 for "Lost my 20K". I go to him and talk him. Normally I can not help but i give him 50k for help. Because i cant help otherwise.

You need a gap week. You have made an admin app every week after getting mod. I suggest taking the feedin and working on it for the week.

Your Application looks good as always. It's totally different from all the others.

The only thing is, everytime you got denied you made another Application just right after.
It looks impatient and it looks like you dont care about the reason you got denied.

I will be Neutral and decide after hearing other opinions.

Thank you for your feedback sir. You are thinking very true but i'm not impatient. I asked to admins on ts. The majority suggested for this week. Like i said before my application can be removed if there is a really problem. I'm glad to hear them from you. I'm not saying you are wrong. You can think like that because of what i'm doing every week. Anyway, i don't want to seem bad, arrogant, impatient. I care my denied reasons and i'm working on them. I'm working all day for deserve this position. But i'm sorry for said that. I wanted to explain myself. Because it is your choices. I cant do anything.
