How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?

First, both members will be moved to see if both were bullying each other, after further investigation I will put both stories aside and see what caused that bullying. If one, the Suspect was acting unfair then I would verbal warn him and have a talk with him, If it wasn't minor bully. If it was then he would receive a warning from me, or probably a ban "depending" on what level of bullying it is. If he continued, then a kick/ban might be issued, as I said depending on the current situation.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.

Well, to start off the Administrating features are pretty much basic as I've been a staff on multiple Ts3 servers before. I even owned one, anyway. What features you get is: Kick/Mute/Ban/Kick from channel & Set Server Group, what server group does is it sets the rank of a targeted player. For what reason he might get a rank? Probably because of a promotion, or probably a demotion, where we revoke his rank. Set server channel group is a command used to set a group for a targeted member only for the selected channels. Such as, if you had a channel called "Test 1" and a member called "Test Member", you select test 1, then apply the rank to the member. You can also remove inappropriate avatar from a member. Now he has a rank on custom room. Also, you can move members by dragging them out to the destination room. Editing channels and making ones are pretty much common knowledge, basically what it does is you can create temporary channels/permanent or edit ones.

Why me? Alright, let's start here. So basically I really adore teamspeak since it allows players to communicate together and have alot of fun, but sometimes it isn't fun when you have people annoying you or mic spamming, or even breaking rules that will disallow members to communicate each other when they get interuptted by a rule breaker. Thus, you need staff members to deal with that kind of situations, that's why I'm applying since I'm really active on Teamspeak, and I thought "Hey, since I'm active why not moderate too? I'm a really friendly person who has dedicated alot for sThat way I can help improve Zarp TS3 Community!" so yes, here I'm. Anyway I have expierence with moderating and when to ban or kick, I'm fair with situations I don't like to bully or get bullied. I see alot of people being bullied on Ts3, I'm here to stop that.
