TOPIC: [TS3] Relevens Staff Application 2

FYI: I am kind of not in the community again but i think that people should be able to become a staff member on enything else.
also becouse im not acctive on enything else butt ts3 i will spend more time there and only there
i have been ts3 staff befor thats why there is a two in the titel.
also this app was ripped right of the old app so it may have some weird formulations of some sort but it should be cool.

How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?

If someone joins my channel and tells me that they feel offended becouse another person wrote or said some mean things to them i would first of all move us into a channel where normal players cant join and where staff wont disturb us. then i would ask him what happend, who did it and what he did and if he have eny screen shots and or video of the "bullying" if he does then i will take a look at them and if the case looks serious i would of give the bully a temp ban. if he says no then i would of brought the bully into a nother channel seperating them and ask him why he did it and such things if he realises that what he has done is bad then i would tell him to say im sorry and mean it to the other person if he refuses and or keeps on bullying after done so i will give him a temp ban.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately.

i dont know all the commands by heart becouse the owner of the server can set perms to the ranks but the commands i asume the administrator rank have is the ablitity to move users form channel to channel with out ther permission so i can talk privat with a for exampl a bullyed user.
the ability to kick users from the current channel there in
the ability to kick users out of the server meaning they have to reconnect
the ability to ban users

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 70 words).

i think i shoul be chosen becouse i have some experience with admistrating on ts servers. i have been a ts3 admin on a hl2 deathmatch teamspeak that was not that famouse and i am curently a admin/owner on another ts server that specialises on world of tanks and projekt reality that i own with my father that play these games much and i helped him to set it upp for him and hes friends. i also under a period of time had the most play time on the zarp server but that time as decresed latly but im working my way upp again and try to be as acctive as possible. im not shy and loves to hang out in random channels and do checks on all the channels to see that there is not mic spammers or come across an accident befor they happen. i also have a mic that is alot more affiant then just typing
