If I kill you randomly without a reason to the admins or any proof that the player has done anything

You forget about your hole other life and you start a new one, You cannot enter the district you died in for 3 minutes

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would tell player y that the console shows player x was killed by y, but I would ask for proof from player X before jumping to conclusion

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Same thing, I would ask for proof from X, The console could have not responded for a pretty long time

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would verbally tell him to use F1 for a situation, If he has already been verbally told... I would warn him

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I can support the community and help people when they request an F1. I would sometimes get on with my RP but at the other times I would be on duty helping others! I'v seen how much people need help, Some of them even spam RDM and I can't do anything about that because I'm just a normal visitor. I'v seen how much people argue and if this server can gain more and more moderaters.. All the problems will be solved, So this is why I am writing for why I should be chosen for the job "Moderator", I see that I'm up for the job.. To help others! Semi-serious is my favourite RP and I'v had other jobs on other servers as moderator or admin, Made my own server actually, but it is pretty hard to get it up and running and it does take a lot of responsibility. Some people think it's just easy to make a server and get it famous, but this server... Must've taken ages so I think I'v had the power to help others!
