TOPIC: [SSRP Admin] Dimixian's application's

Note: I tried to do my best about the playtime on server 1 but i had test's in these 2 weeks so i badly could play so i tried to do my best.

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I feel when i become moderator i was going to give all my best to become admin now im applying for admin ,i think i reached the right time to make my apply i want to give more then warns, help other's with propblock/ events (noclip help) and and be useful to the staff so ill show that i can use admin power correctly, helping the moderators will make me think when i was helped by some admin and i just wanted to reach that rank and help mods (to see me doing what they did before to me, helping).

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
There was 1 guy was mass rdming players in their spawn. they tried to leave the spawn but he has slams and an suv where the guy was mass rdming them. I teleported the guys being rdmed and the guy that was mass rdming them so i talked to them and said thats was mass rdming. Then there was 1 guy in the street proppushing me and saying on yell "dimixian go f*ck your self ret*rd" and being disrespectful. So i warned the guy on the street proppushing me and then he stopped for a couple seconds and then started shouted "Why did you warned me you fucking b*tch ill report you for random warn" . I proceeded too kick him for disrespect. Then i took care of the guys being mass rdmed and the guy mass rdming in the spawn. The mass rdmer got warned twice for mass rdm. The guy that i kicked came back and started insulting me and proppushing me so i requested an admin come in and ban him.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
-Hi Bob you have been accept first of all i want to give you my congrats for being accepted, for a fast training ill give you the following comands.
-/warn - With this command you can warn the guy with thos rule he has broken so you will type "/warn SteamID Rulebroken.
E.G: Melon you're propushing thats against the rules you should not has made that , you should read the motd/rules, "Warn Steamid Proppushing.

-/kick - Using this command will allow you to kick people for abusing the rules for exemple: Massive RDM or Spamming props,
use this command only in case of issues for that and dont abuse of that by kicking that person for metagaming
E.G: You have seen a guy mass RDMing you should type /kick Name and the reason.

-/freeze - Using this command will allow you to freeze people for Proppushing and make him stop to not let him make more problems and after you freeze tp to him or run to him and warn him for the problem he has made.
E.G: You have seen a guy proppushing /freeze Name, then run to him or tp to him and warn him or talk to him about the mistake or problem he have made.

-/slay - I never used slay to stop something so i'll recommend using /slay in the case of godmode(hacks) to make him stop and report to an Super admin or admin to ban him for using illegal hacks.
E.G: Y ou have seen mister orange using speed hacks, slay him and contact an Super admin or an admin to ban him as soon as possible.

-/Teleport - Use this command to Teleport you to an roof to handle an f1's or an issue happening at that moment to talk about that problem or issue ( dont abuse of it to run faster or to reach an place faster).
E.G: You have seen an f1 handle that tp to that player(or the way you have in your app) and ask him whats going on then tp to a roof to handle the f1 in peace with no ppl micspamming/ interrupting the f1.

./Goto - Use this command to reach an player asking for help or having and big issue(probably you have it in f1 settings by rightclicking on that and "Goto" that will allow you to teleport to the following name.
E.G: You have seen an f1 you will use Goto to reach that player to talk to him about his f1.

-/Bring - Use this command to bring a player to you in case of stuck or teleporting an rulebreaker to you in an f1(dont abuse that to stop a guy from raiding your base).
E.G: You have seen an guy stuck type /Bring name to unstuck that player from the wall/skybox.

-/back - Use this command to teleport a player back when you have finished the f1 , that will allow you to teleport ythe player to his last postion.
E.G: You finished an f1 and you want to teleport back the player/players type /Back name, and the player will be teleported to his last position.

-Uban from job - This command you can find by clicking tab and on his name, it will allow you the unban the player from his job he has ben banned/demoted.
E.G: Someone demoted a guy for rulebreaking you will see he cant do that and you tp to the player who have been demoted and unban him from his job then talk to the player who voted demotion on him and tell him he cant demote rulebreakers.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
- If he has an good proof saying the he just want to restart everything from the beginning , ill would say - Ok apologies taken i hope you can make better then that mean not trying to crash servers and be a nice guy , ill lower your ban for 5 days if you have been caught again you will be banned for 1 year to take the lesson and to not try to remove his ban to do it again.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I think i should be promoted because i want to try admin rank and feel how is being promoted that will show i made my job correctly and make it better and show my self "if we belive we can" thats what i just put in my mind and daily i did some f1's while i rp so that i can do 2 thing at same time so i can show i never stopped of doing my job (moderator job) making the things better and stop the rulebreakers, choosing me as admin ill do the same but helping my friends moderators on f1's (propblocks and everything of they need help in that) so i just want show that i can prove i can do better then my moderator rank by being promoted to admin and make war with rulebreakers, to show what they're doing is wrong and they should not repeat what they're doing.

Seems alright.
I see you often especially on Server 2.

Ofcourse you'll need to improve your playtime on Server 1.
At all, you are doing F1's and I always see you calm & mature, just like a Mod/admin should act like.

Therefore I will go for + Support for now.
