Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
Ive been moderator for quite a while. Ive done a lot of F1's and ive been working on playing more around both servers instead of only server 2. Ive also learned a lot as a moderator. Such as how the commands tab everything works. Ive helped a lot of people with thier F1's until my limits

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
As a moderator on a server. where no admins are online. The only thing you can do against an Propspammer Or Mass RDMer. Is kicking / keep warning them. If you warn them they 50% of the time leave the game. And a kick will only help you as far, if the player is still able to connect. If the player does not reconnect your lucky but maybe they will reconnect anyway. As a admin you can just ban the person. But even calling an Admin on Teamspeak will sometimes take 1 - 5 minutes. in this time the person coult have left anyway

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Well User "Name here" As a moderator there are some commands and some stuff to go around.
Here are for example some commands
You can use /warn [Name/SteamID] [Reason]
Use this for warning people who are breaking the rules

You can /tp
Pretty self explaining but some diffrent ways are there. use /bring to bring a person to you. /back to bring them back (Does not work if you /bring the person). You can use /goto to go to an person. and if you do /tp you will teleport yourself. If you do /tp [name] You will teleport the person

Also you have acces to /freeze [SteamID/Name]
This will make a person unable to be killed to move. Or to even shoot. His game is completely frozen use this if a person keeps running away. DONT Forget to unfreeze a person or else they are stuck.

You can as a mod Use the "Logs"
Press F1 and go to the logs tab. You can search for things that happend. as Kills suicides arrests Hits and Leaves + demoted + connects

I woult recommend using the SteamID rather then the Name because people can stack like this D[erp] H[erp] That will tp both or whatever you do

Admin keypad checker
If you pick the "Admin Keypad Checker" You can left click a keypad to see what its connected to how long it works. This also works on a Fading door

F1 System
If you press F1 instead of the "Sumit your report here" You will see a System where you can see the player who requested help / Reason / Time. You can Right click on any report and handle it. this also is a quick way to goto / bring a player. [If theres an unhandled report in the left down side of your screen "Unhandeled F1's [Numer]" will apear]

Tab
If you press tab all the options will be shown on a player by clicking on thier name. It will also give you the ability to kick / Unban from job. If someone gets demoted from a job you can [If the demotion was not valid] unban them from the job using that function




Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
My response. I see you do really care. And well since this is your first ban it still doesent change that you broke the rules. I will reduce your ban to 1Week Only this time!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
Ive been a mod for quite a while and since my last app that got denied thanks to that i had to do more F1's and be on Server 1 more Ive changed [Or atleast tried]. I play some more server 1 now and i understand why. Server 1 shoult be the main server. Ive been at quite a bit of meetings not that mutch tho. And i am playing 50% the time ive got off. I will change if i have to.
Ive also done a lot of F1's since my last app and it doesent really changed anything yet. But i will do everything i need to to get admin. I know the ways to do stuff i know some of the commands i think getting admin is gonna help me help the server better. I call Why not

Positives

• Your activity has increased on Server 1
• Your application looks good so far, I see you've put some effort in it
• and ofcourse as I know you well, you are really friendly and helpfull

The only problem I see is when there are F1's, I see some Mods being scared of doing some specific F1's, for example:
There are 3 F1's about RDM since 5 minutes and 1 about Propblock, I see people instantly doing the Propblock case and avoiding the others. You should not care what the F1 is about in first place and just handle one after another.

I cant really decide if I'll go for Neutral or + Support right now. I'd like to see you changing some of the negatives.
And then I will decide in the meeting.

Hi Sssssnake Anna!

You've worked a lot on your playtime on server 1, and you're just a great moderator at the moment.
You should work on taking up F1's like NLR and RDM's, but hey, we've all been there.
Try to focus yourself on that until Saturday, and i'm sure you'll make it.
If you want, I can help you a bit with those F1's (how to handle them etc.) just let me know.
