How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?

First of all I would bring the bully into an empty spacer or a private chatroom. I would then ask him if they had been bullying. If they said yes then I would proceed to ask him what he/she had been saying, I would then poke the person getting bullied and ask them what the bully had been saying.

If they bully denied the fact that he/she had been bullying someone then I would poke the person and ask for proof, if they had proof then I would show the bully and make them explain what was going on. If the person didn't have any proof then I would bring him/her to the spacer with the bully so they could both explain their side of the story.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately.

Ban Client :

Used to ban a user for a period of time. This can be used if someone is consistently breaking rules.

Kick Client :

This can be used if a user is not listening to a staff member or if they break a simple rule. The Kick command can also be used if someone is trolling a chat room (Leaving and joining over and over) or if they are disrupting an administrative discussion.

Ability to join spacers :

As a TS3 staff member you can join spacers. Joining spacers can be used if someone needs to be talked to about behavior or if you need to discuss something with a player/staff member in private.

Ability to remove Profile Pictures :

Used to remove a profile picture if it is offensive, racist, pornographic etc.

Mute :

Prevents a user from speaking. This is used if someone is mic spamming or if they are playing music in a non-music room.

Move :

Allows you to click and drag a user to a different room/spacer. This can be used if someone needs to get into a meeting or if they need to be moved into a spacer to be spoke to.

Set Server Group :

Sets/removes a user's badge. This can be used if someone was promoted on a server and needs their badge updated or if someone needs a badge added by their name if they were made TS3 staff, forum staff etc. It can also be used to remove a badge if someone has lost a rank.

Why I should be chosen?

I should be chosen because I go on TS quite alot now and sometimes I am not able to help people if they need a word on TS about SSRP or if someone needs moving into a meeting room or a spacer. As a TS3 staff member I would be able to help people in and out of SSRP/DR etc, and have the ability to monitor the ZARP TS server.

I am already an Administrator on the SSRP servers so I think I can be trusted with a TS rank.
