How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?

If someone if bullying another person on the Zarp Teamspeak i would move them into a spacer , then i would ask them "why were they bullying that person ? " If they didn't have a valid excuse i would ban them for 6 hours to 1 day

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.
There are alot of administrative privileges and features and heres my list of the most important features :
( i may miss a few out but that is because i dont think that they are the most important.)

Ban - You can ban people for breaking Zarp TS3 Rules.
Move People - You can put people in spacers , so that you can talk to them or another member of staff who doesn't have ts3 Staff for example : Moving a new mod in with a SA so that he can get trained privately.
Delete Users Avatar - You can delete someones avatar if it is offensive or inappropriate in any way for exaple someone may have a picture of a "Naked Woman".
Kick - You can kick people from the teamspeak for breaking Zarp TS3 Rules.
Set Server Group - You can give a new member of staff there correct badge or remove a badge from a demoted member of staff.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 50 words).

Well , i am a respected member of staff to the Zarp Community and i feel that by having TS3 staff i can be even more respected and a powerful.I have Admin on DarkRP which shows that i am trust with privileges and im a Super-admin on Minecraft which show that i can handle large responsibility. Also i am very active on the Teamspeak for example today i was on the Teamspeak at 8:18:26 this morning and i was on until i timed out then i was back on and that alone shows that i am dedicated to the server.
