How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?

Well first off I would take the bully into a spacer and i would ask them 'Why have you been bullying that person' if they say an invalid reason to why i would ban them maybe around 1 day depending on what the bully was saying to this person but the max for me would be one day.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.

Ban this is for when someone is either doing something wrong in TS example Mic Spam Recording without permission Etc. There is Kick this is for when someone is maybe being a little bit of a troll u could kick them or someone who isn't supposed to be on TS maybe banned and is using a different account you could kick them for that. There is the move command this is for maybe when someone needs help with something you could move them into a spacer. There is force push to talk you could probably use this for when someone is AFK and you can hear really loud background sounds you could use this and when there back if they don't know you did it they can type to you in a chat and you can turn it off.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 50 words).

I think I handle situations well I have reported quite a fair share of people on TS and I think that I would be good with the role of Team Speak moderator I know most of the commands also so that would do everyone well because I'm on TS every single day and I am very active and I think i would make a very good TS Moderator.
