How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?:

The first thing that I would do is take the bully to a private channel and ask him about what he was saying, then ask him to stop (I would also open text chat with the person who was being bullied and ask him for evidence). If he continues what he was doing I would ban him off the server for the time he deserves. If he disconnects while I'm trying to talk to him I would also ban him. I would then move the person who was being bullied to a private channel and tell him to ignore whatever a bully says to him, and report him directly to a TS3 Staff member (Or gather evidence and report him on the forums if necessary).

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately.:

Some of these features would be Mute, Ban, Kick from channel, Kick from server, Remove avatar, Add channels, Change channel name, Join spacers, Move others, Add badges, Set server group, Grant talk power...

- Mute is used when someone is micspamming or shouting through his mic (may include playing music in channels other than the music room....)

- Ban is used when someone is breaking too many TS3 rules or doing something inappropriate (DDos threats, Bullying, etc...)

- Kick from channel is used when someone is contantly joining a channel and annoying people in it (or interrrupting what they're doing which includes meetings.), while kick from server is used when someone is breaking a minor rule...

- Remove avatar is used when someone has an inapproptiate/offending picture as his avatar (Pornographic pictures, etc..)

- Add channel can be used when an additional channel for a server event is needed, or change channel name can be used on a rarely used channel instead.

- Join spacers is needed when you need to talk to someone without anyone joining and interrupting. E.G: It can be used when you need to talk to a rulebreaker.

- Move others is pretty much needed to move someone you need to talk to to another channel, or move staff members into meeting rooms.

- Add badges can be used when a new ZARP server has been added and staff badges are needed for that server.

- Set server group is needed to give a new staff member his badge or special priviliges (such as Ts3 staff)

- Grant talk power is used in meetings or announcements when there are alot of people in the channel, and giving everyone the ability to talk would cause chaos. This allows us to let specific people speak.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 50 words) :

I should be chosen because I am on TS3 whenever I'm playing Gmod or working on something on my PC, so I can help maintain the server at those times. I will also work on moving staff members into meeting rooms at all times, as poking someone and waiting for him to move you is a hassle (And that's according to my personal experience...). I have been in ZARP for 11 months now, and I have been staff for around 7 months now, so I can be trusted with any powers I have been given, and I am very dedicated to this community so I am always ready to help others and make sure to make everything easier for others...
