TOPIC: [SSRP Moderator] Makona's Applicaton (Again)

Before you read this just a few things, one on the previous application, nexise pointed out i had 2 warnings for Car DeathMatch, and i admit i did kill 2 people with my car, but the server was experiencing some heavy lag and it was difficult but necessary to drive. Also, I realize that this server differs a lot from others i have played on so i read all of the rules and will follow them more carefully from now on.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Whenever you kill someone for no reason, or any other reason besides the purpose of your role playing class, for example a doctor shoots a police officer on the street instead of healing him.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
NLR is when you are not allowed to return to the area you died for a certain amount of time so that you cannot just run back to your base to defend it when it is being raided, or also to prevent you from raiding someone else's base over and over. Also applies on some servers where you are not allowed to use information in the past life for the current one. Example would be i got killed in my base and i run back immediately to defend it.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when you do something that is possible because of the game but should not be used because of how RP is played. For example, if you see a prop sticking through a wall or see printer sparks through a wall, you can't use that as means to enter their base as a CP.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Warn player y and maybe give player x back some stuff they lost if they are nice, and keep an eye on player y to see if they RDM again. If so, ban them for a day or however much is usually given on this server.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Warn player y for what they did and watch them, just because the kills are close doesn't mean that they were in the same place for all of them, maybe they were running around killing each other.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
Well if they call for an admin to help them then just ignore them because admins can't help if their base got raided unless they accuse someone of breaking a rule. If they call for other players to help them give them a warning and say they can't do that.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).

I have had experience administrating on another DarkRP server (Instant Reality Gaming), and i like to help out servers that are highly populated and need more moderators. Also, i am very unbiased and handle high tension situation very well. Also I am usually ver y active on servers such as this, with uninterrupted game time of anywhere from 4-16 hours. I love video games and i spent some time to memorize the rules, seriously ask me about any of them.

Sorry, i forgot that i now have 110 hours on the server, and also i reposted my answers to the scenarios because I like to keep my disciplinary actions equal and don't change them very often unless asked to because i want to treat everyone equally.
