Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
My time as Moderator will contribute to me becoming an Admin because as a moderator you learn alot and you take that on to being an Admin so everything you do as a Moderator will contribute because you will not have to learn all the things you will have to learn how to hold a lot more responsibility towards you. Moderator is a big contribution because you get to know alot of the things you have to do as a Admin. A Moderator is always a help and it makes you more confident about being an Admin.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
Well what can I say here there is nothing myself I can think of thats been an obstacle so to be honest that's it i'm not gonna sit here lying my way through the question so I don't have an answer for this question.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
So first off congrats on becoming a member of the SSRP team you will have to learn all of your commands
First we will talk about bring now this one u don't really wanna use because when you bring someone you always can never put them at there last location but basically this command brings whoever u want to you for this type /bring there name or go on the tab menu click on the persons name and click on bring.
The second command is teleport this command is a good replacement for bring when you use this the player will be teleported to were ever the cursor is pointed you can also do this with your self. To do this type /teleport there name to teleport others or /tp to teleport you best to do with this is bind it for yourself. To do this you will have to type in the console to get to the console you press the key directly below Esc. In this you want to get the Keybind command and bind a key to it.
When you use teleport you can put players in there last location.
Also u have got your freeze command this is for when you are dealing with players and there maybe jumping around or trying to run away you have different options for this Identifaly is for as long as u want 10 seconds this will freeze them for ten seconds thirty seconds will do the same as 10 seconds but longer 1 minute exact same but longer 5 minutes exact same again but longer time and finally ten minutes again the same but longer. To do this you will have to go to tab menu click on there name and click freeze and how long you want.
Next there is the Slay command. This command is used for say when someone has a Big Gun As a Citizen you would probably warn them and slay them so they lose the gun. There are different types of slay normal this will just kill them Silent this will make them just disappear explode this will make them explode and rocket this will shot them up in the air blow them up and they will fall back down.
Moving on there is the Go to command this will make you go to whoever you do this to and to do this you will type /goto whoever it is or go on the player list click there name and press on Goto you will instantly be teleported to them.
Another command is the warn command this command is only used if you have proof of someone braking a rule like RDM NLR FailRP FearRP and alot of other rules. To warn someone you have to go on the tab menu click there name and bellow there name there will be there steam ID click it once and go off the tab menu and type /warn STEAM_0:0:34325150 RDM obviously the warn isn't real because i would never RDM anyone.
OK so now you know practically all of your commands u need to know all of your commands you need to know how the logs work so when you press F1 it goes onto the menu and in the top right corner you can see there is a search bar type someones name in here and press Enter then it will show there logs like who killed them if they broke NLR what jobs they switched to Etc the F1 menu you will realise has changed so you have a big square box in this there may or not be a list of other peoples F1's you can handle these by right clicking them and clicking handle when you are done go back on it and click Mark As Finished or if they want a Admin or Super Admin you can click abort handling this. A quick tip if the priority on them is over a 1000 people tend to discard them because of how long they have been running for.
Last thing i need to point out is a Admin Keypad Cracker when you have this click on a Keypad and you will see how long the timer of it staying open is if it is under 4 secs ask them to change it to more if they do.
Oh also there is the kick command you would use this in situations like propspam to do this you would have to go onto the tab menu click the players name and press kick it well then come up with Enter Reason Here you then enter the reason and then the player will be kicked. Now you are ready to go out there as a good Moderator and inforce the rules.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello i have overlooked your ban appeal and realise that you didn't mean the propspam fully so therefore this will be
ACCEPTED you will still have a ban but it will be lowered to two weeks.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
The reason I think I should be promoted is I think I'm quite a good Moderator I dont think I'm the best but I know i would do well in the Admin position even though i haven't been a Moderator for a very long time but I do believe that I am ready for this position. At the end of the day I will not go into the best of detail with pointing out everything that's amazing about me. I just think that I would do really well as an Admin a lot of the time I don't get told I'm the best but why I think I should be promoted is because I am a Mature player and I don't mess around and abuse my powers. Whatever the final verdict on this is Declined or Accepted that wont hit me hard and i wont start mumbling on saying I'm dissapointed and all other things.
