How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I should tell them read the rules and warn him

Why I should be chosen: Why i should be chosen because iam a nice player i know the rules and when people break the rules i will warn them for it. I respect other playes/admins. I had an own server but it got hacked it got 20\30 players on it.
