Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin. Although I've only been a moderator for just under two week I think that I've progressed pretty good. I'm a good Moderator and I'm always being told to apply for Admin so here's my application.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user). I could sit and lie all day but I'd rather just be honest and open about this question I haven't really came across a problem that I wasn't able to handle myself.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?


/kick: Do this when you feel someone is disobeying you in a mod sit, like constantly shouting over you purposely, threatening to get you demoted, shooting. To use the command do: /kick (Players name) (Reason)
Just like the warn command, pick out a unique part of their name.

/freeze: Do this when someone is running away in a mod sit, or keeps jumping up and down, running around in circles etc.
To use this command press TAB and click the players name, then click freeze. There are a few different options, like 'Indefinitely', what this means is that they cannot be unfrozen until you or another mod/admin/superadmin unfreezes them. To unfreeze someone press TAB again and click unfreeze.

/tp: Used to teleport to where you are looking. To use this command do /tp and it will tp you where you are looking. Do this when you need to get to a quiet place, where you can not be disturbed during an F1. DO NOT abuse this command by tp'ing around the map, or using it in RP situations as it may lead to a demote appeal. Another section to this command is /tp (Players Name). This is used to teleport a player where you are looking. DO NOT abuse this command by tp'ing your friends/players who don't need assistance around.

/goto: Used to go to a player who needs assistance from a mod/admin/superadmin.To use this command do /goto (Players Name). DO NOT abuse this by going to friends/players who do not need assistance.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? Basically I would have a chat with the guy and explain to him that it's a perm ban offense, however due to no previous bans I would there for lower it to 2 week, depending on how much of the ban he had already served.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words). I feel that I've been a great Moderator & would be an even better Admin. I've been a member of this community for over a year now, I know the rules I love to help people, I'm a fair moderator and I go out of my way to help the members of this community no matter what the problem is I'm always there to help I'm also very active so on most of the time so Thank you for taking time to read over my application and I look forward to working along side you all as an Admin in the next few days. You where made a moderater on the 13th and now you want Admin omost a week in!!!! I feel like you are getting power hungry or just dedicated but either way it is too soon!

Some people grow fast, some people need some time.
I think it doesn't really matter how long someone was mod, as long as they showed the community and the lead team that they are ready for the promotion.

You're missing some things in the Facebook post section, for example /bring, slay etc.

Bubbles is a very active and nice guy on server 1! He has manners and never goes off on a player for his mistakes.

Yes you are a good moderaor BUT ive had several f1s about you rdming or abusing and onde day you through a machete ag a car and killed 4 people and I msde you apologize to them and calmed them dowb as they were all ginna mke a abuse report for you...so yeah itss not personal I love you as a person and you are friendly but from me it is a -Support iif this fets denied waut 2-3 weeks snd I will change my verdict

Gmod still outranks you and I also gangs have nothing to do with an application. I keep ingame stuff ingame. I also find you antagonistic. All I want is an attitude change because right now if feels like you are hungry for power and that is never good in a staff member.

Don't worry about what they say or arguing with them. Just be mature, active, keep doing your job and when the time comes, whether it be this week or the next, you'll get where you want to be. Its not nearly as much about the plus and minus supports and arguments on your application it's about how you are in game and how you handle yourself. So don't fret people posting negatively on your application and trying to argue. If you truly feel you are ready let your argument be saying nothing but thank you for your input and simply getting accepted. Actions speak a lot louder than words my friend.

Well, since you got promoted to moderator i have not heard anything bad about you, only good things. Personally i think it's a bit too soon BUT that's only my opinion. Since i was ill the last 3 days i will be neutral here. Good luck.
