Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
Well first thing I have I have been mod for about 3 or 4 weeks now and I have incanted lot many thing as mods do. I have made such lovely friends on zarp community and much more as my time as mod has been a journey I will never forget and I would like to go further if you know what I mean.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user). Well today I was standing still and then this citizen guy came up and rdm me with a big gun so I tped him to me and then he logged of before I could warn him and then he came back and I was about to warn and he logged of again and he was banned for 1 week.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Hello there Im Jazzie and im here to train you for your Moderator and I will show you the basic commands you will need to know here will begin.
Kick- Only use kick when someone is propspam go to tab menu and then you will se kick and submit it.
Freeze- Only use freeze when someone is ruining away from your f1 or when someone is rdming.
Unban from job - Unban from job so go to tab menu and you will see unban and then press it and then unban the player from master thief.
Warn - got to tab menu and the copy there steam id and then press /warn steam id and rdm.
Teleport-Teleport is when you need to got to the person's f1 so go to tab menu and there you will see it.
Mute- You only mute people mic spamming or disrespect and then go to tab and you will see it.
Goto- you only goto someone when they made a f1 and then you to tab menu and you will see it.
Slay- Use slay if someone is breaking NLR and go to tab menu and then slay them.
Back- So you got to kinds of back to location or spawn and then again you will see it on tab menu.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello there I see your new to the server and I will lower your ban to 4 days and if I caught you doing it again you will be banned for 2 weeks maybe next time do !motd and read the rules and hopefully you will have a lovely time on the server. Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).Hello People of zarp Well im Jazzie if you may know me I have been in the community for about 3 months now I have been mod for about 3 to 4 weeks now I have gained lots of experience of mod but I would like to aim further and get the best of staff. Im 13 years old boy who plays zarp all day and night. I have made lots of friends and even supper admin and community mangers an the owner of zarp chuteuk.I feel that the time has come for me to become admin on zarp and you will know that as a mod I have had f1s that I cant do because they need a admin.if you do let me get admin I will be thankful to you and I would like to make a change for myself and to basically help people out.Thanks for reading my application I hope you enjoyed it

Jazzie you did abused your powers several times this week. For example you took me on the roof to show me that you made milkor and matador. After you equipped it you did shoot at the car driving around nearby randomly. Next situation you were building on the street as a master thief. And one more situation I was a cop and you were wanted. I have selected my tazer and shoot at you. You started shouting on the microphone and after this you suicided yourself to avoid arrest. Not mentioning that you have copied fragment of someones application few week ago.

Sorry you are not an admin material, I would even say that you are not mod material. I am harsh in here but I am saying the truth.

I think you still need to learn alot before becoming an admin,you should master the rules and avoid breaking them,even one little rule ,and as Gregory said,you did break quite some rules this week.

Hello People im sorry what I have done I was stupid but were humans we make mistakes sometimes in life even the smarts man in the world makes mistakes. I would like to be admin because I would be the greats thing in my life I know you think im dumb sometimes but really im just a human learning from my mistakes I've done I know the rules I may act dumb im not good at grammar im not good at writing and I only know one thing zarp gaming thanks
