Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match (RDM) is when someone kills a person with no reason or permission example: a gangster walks over to a theif and shoots him.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule (NLR) is the way in which a player has been killed but has returned to their death zone before the NLR timer as ran out and can result in RDM see above for my awnser for RDM.


Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is where someone gives out information even though they nolonger are with that person for example a police baracade with fading doors and keypads, say a player knows the password then changes team and gives out the password or raids it using the code.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would check the console logs of any death involving player x and player y.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would warn that player for NLR because it shows he has gone back.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would give that player a verbal warning as he is metagaming.

If I may add I was a roleplayer on lcpdfr mod for Gta IV im used to being an Moderator or Admin on a server I'm always fair and reasonable thank you for your time.

I would go into more detail on the explanations of the rules and actually do the "why should I be chosen?(150 words) part. You are the same as everyone else applying and are not exempted from it.
