Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match (or RDM) is killing someone without a valid reason for it.
Scenario: Jack is walking on the streets and sees someone with a gun out. Jack instantly pulls out his own gun and shoots the other guy without a valid reason.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule is a rule that states you can't return to the area where you died for three minutes.
The part most people don't know though, is that you need to forget everything from your past life, so you can't just go back and kill raiders randomly for example.
Scenario: Jack is getting raided by 2 guys and gets killed. He returns to his base after 4 minutes, which is allowed, but then kills the raiders who are just on the streets.
That is not allowed, because you need to forget everything from your 'past life'.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is telling in-character information using OOC-chat.
Scenario: Jack's base is getting raided, and he says: "Help, my base is getting raided at the drug dealer" in OOC-chat
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would teleport them both to me and ask player y why he killed player x. If he confesses to have RDM'd, I would give him a verbal warn if this was the first time he broke a rule. If he has RDM'd more, I would warn player y for RDM.
If player y doesn't confess, I would ask player x if he has any proof that he got RDM'd. If this is not the case, I would have no choice to end the F1 at this point.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would teleport them both to me and ask player y why he broke NLR. If he confesses and he hasn't broken any rules yet I would give him a verbal warning for it, but if he is a mass rulebreaker I would warn him.
If he doesn't confess I would ask player x for proof, and if he doesn't have proof, I would end the f1.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
If this was the first time he broke a rule, I would just pm him and tell him that was metagaming and tell him not to do it again.
If he is a mass rulebreaker I would pm him not to metagame again, but also give player x a warn for metagaming.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I think I should be chosen because I am a trustworthy, responsible member of the ZARP community. I am active and I know all the rules. I'm good with handling people's problems (f1's) as I'm admin on the TTT and DeathRun servers on ZARP. I am mature at the points I need to, but I can be serious as well. The fact that I'm staff on more servers shows that I can handle, and be trusted with powers. I'm friendly to all new players and I will try to make them feel home at our DarkRP servers, while being good friends with all the active people, including staff members. I will prioritise doing F1's when there are a lot of them, because I don't like people who ruin other people's roleplaying. I haven't got any warns up untill the point where I made this application, only a few punishments of people who like to troll me. *cough* Victor and Jerry *cough*
Thanks for reading and considering my application
