Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin. My time as moderator will contribute to me becoming an admin because I have done a lot of f1's (when I don't do f1's I roleplay and seek out rulebreakers) and I have seen all of the possible things you can see as a mod and helped most of them, sadly, as moderators have a limited amount of commands I cant really help them all...

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user). Well the only only obstacles I faced during my time as mod on the SSRP server is not being able to help a lot of people... For example, a player made an f1 about being raided while building and he had printers in the base, so I told him that thats not allowed so he started yelling at me for being a crappy mod and I get warned by players a lot saying they will report me for doing my job right, people should get encouraged to read the rules more...

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Dear <Player> After looking through your Unban Appeal I have made a decision.
You have committed a serious violation of server rules, but you show remorse over the deed.
However the deed has already been done, but I will lover your ban time to 1 week.

I hope you use that time to study the rules and pull a lesson from all of this.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words). - I think I should be promoted mainly because I don't have enough of an influence to players, I find myself useless in a lot of F1 situations and I would like to change that. Although my time as moderator is only 2 and a half weeks I am very active and aware of my responsibility as a staff member. I do a lot of F1's and when I don't I always look out for rulebreakers, I am active on the meetings and I pay attention, I have a will to learn more of the community and I constantly try to enhance the players experience. I have a lot of experience of my own on ZARP and I know that the staff is the one that really helps the player to be a better player that is why I think I should become an Administrator.

I'm not jusy stating my opinion and poibting out your flaws, the whol reason of this selection process.

because the next time you ask me if civilians can use explosives I will not answer you.

You are extremly unaccomodating if new mods, you gave me an answer in an extremely rude wat when all you needed to do was say yes or no. It's not specifically metioned in the rules, the fact that you've opwnly stated you won't help me because I -supported you is a great example of why you shouldn't be mod.

And if you dont know the rules dont go commenting on my admin app, i have earned my place on the staff team and i will get admin sooner or later and your -Support doesnt mean anything. Also. educate yourself and dont give -supports over a players mistake, read everything before making a statement or you will loose your rank faster than you got it...

1. I know the rules, I wasn't clear on that specific aspect of one rule. I'm going to refer to 4 here and mention how hypocritical you are.

Look just cuz you dont have any real friends doesnt mean you have to act like an idiot. and thhank you for your constant posting on my app, as annoying as it is it makes my app more noticable to people that actually mean something. And i dont say that I am a better mod than you, other people say that XD
