How Would I Deal With A Disrespectful Player : Firstly i would tell him to stop him to stop his disrespect and if he/she keeps on being disrespectful i would then gag or mute a player and then i he/she would be warned .

I Should Be Chosen : I should be chosen because i am very good at seeing cheaters and ofc i know all admins/mods/superadmins, i want to look after the servers like it was my baby , i will be on most of my life / the requierments as i usaly do , i am not missed behaved and dont cheat even though i have some warns i make up on that by my skill on seeing cheaters and am ready to do anything to become a mod and to help this server as the staff is ok but i will be better BECAUSE I AM THE DELLAR and i am .

Thank you innocent for finding this application.

Ben has improved the recent week/s and shows great potential. He stopped being immature and always wants to help out, for example; Telling me about rule breakers on the server on steam chat.

The only negative thing I can think of is; You're treating this application like a joke, for the chosen part that is.

I want to endorse this application and would like to at least see him as trial moderator, but at the same time I would like to stay neutral.

I'd laugh if he gets accepted with his troll applications

Its maybe not the best ive seen, but still.
Get ready to laugh your ass off, cus if you have played with him you might have noticed improvements.

I see that you did improve, you have become much more mature ingame.

In my opinion you should judge him on his application and not how much you like him

I am not supporting him with a reason like "i like you" or "i dislike you" in fact i can come up with several reasons.
I judge him upon how he acts ingame.
And ingame he has come up pretty mature lately, so that is one of the reasons i am supporting him. Second reason is that he knows the rules. Third reason could be that he is communicating with lots of people, and not just a few that he knows. A fourth reason is that i have seen him ingame quite some times lately. A sixth reason could be that he is respectful towards anybody, as ive seen the last two weeks. A last reason is his dedication, he has applied quite some times now. But does that mean he gives up? No, he keeps trying to better himself upon the feedback given to him, and that is why i finally would stand by him and give him a chance as mod.
