Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

I've experienced allot of things during my time as a Mod, from dealing with F1's to simply helping new players understand the rules and maps better. I feel my time as Mod will help me being an admin as it will provide me with the basic skill sets needed not to mention has shown me how to handle certain events that when I first started I wouldn't ever have known how to handle, including defiant players in which there have been plenty of recently, It has also shown me how to gain respect by enforcing rules no matter what people think of you for doing so.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

I have encountered a user who refused to listen to me at all and kept saying "You don't know the rules your just a mod" rather than losing my cool and kicking this person I simply told him "Would you like to speak with an admin about this?" in which case he said yes and an admin came in to help me sort out the problem, even though I was disrespected and also shunned at first I kept cool and overcame the situation at hand.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Here are some basic commands to use as Admin please only use these if necessary do not abuse your powers

F1- accesses the F1 Menu, right click these to handle them and finish them

/warn (reason of warn)- this is to warn a player of any rule breaking they are doing

/Kick- Will kick a player from the server ONLY USE THIS IF REALLY NEEDED e.g. MASS RDM

/Slay will slay a player no matter what, this should only be used in emergencies, slaying is almost never needed

Commands can be used from the Tab menu including Kick, Slay, message and a few more, these are self-explanatory and should only be used when needed

as well as dealing with F1's you may also help new players on the server as this is still part of your duty to the server and you are not only there to deal with rule breakers. Please make sure all new players are happy with their gaming experience.

F6 will allow you to see the warnings of players currently on the server, this will help with making decisions on whether these people are warned often or not

Always get two sides of the story and only act upon hard evidence



Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for prop spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would let them have a reduced sentence to 2 days, and if I see them doing it again I would immediately move them back to the previous ban time, everybody deserves a second chance however they also have to respect the fact we have given them that chance.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

Because I have been helping out the server as a Mod and have realized that I can only do so much to prevent problems going on in the server, it's quite hard to gain evidence when I do not have enough tools, I've noticed allot of players breaking rules as long as I am not in the area, and unfortunately players forget to take evidence and even though I know they are breaking rules, no evidence means to warn. I do love that most of the time the people on the Server are respectful however there seem to be allot of disrespectful players on the server whenever I seem to be on and I seem to be the only admin on at the moment. With all this said I was also told that by now I should have applied for Admin as it's been long enough and others know how much I badly want to help the server and I’m hoping that you all do as well, I stand my ground even when someone threatens a demote I stick by the rules because they are the basis on which the servers and the gamemode are built
