How would you deal with a disrespectful player : First I say to stop,if he continues I'll gag/mute for 1 to 3 minutes,if that player starts again being disrespectful I'll kick that player.

Why I should be chosen : I think I should be chosen,because I know very well how to handle disrespectful people and I have background from 1 RP server 2 TTT servers and 1 Deathrun server (Relaxed gaming,Suomi Top TTT and Husky RP).I have very much time too to be on my computer .I'm good listening from other players like some staff doesn't listen anything.I can help other players on the forums and in the game.I'm very good to follow the rules too.Thanks for reading my App and I hope very much to get Mod job .

Gametime isn't good enough ( Yet ), get more gametime on both servers.
For the gag/mute part for 1 to 3 minutes? Really? I think it should be on for the whole session of that map and if he continues as you get auto ungagged/unmuted after the map changes. BUT WAIT! That's my opinion.

Don't remember seeing you on however your application is good and so is your gametime (about 9 hours)

I'm saying you are inactive right now, so why you say this to somebody with a positive gametime? His average gametime is perfectly fine. (6 hours minimum)
