Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.My time as a mod was challenging and exciting.Doing peoples F1s was fun and I didn't know what to expect in them.Helping people in the ZARP community was good because i helped people in their role play experience.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).:The hardest situation i had to work around is in my first week of being a mod.Someone did a F1 about RDM so I Teleported to him and asked im what happened he said '' this guy killed me for no reason'' i looked at the logs and player x was killed by player y with a ak47.I teleported player y and asked him why did u kill player x he said ''he had a gun out so i killed him'' I said u could of arrested him instead of killing him and u can't kill him because it is RDM unless he was shooting, I said was he shooting u? he said ''no'' then he tried to run away so i teleported him back up the nhe tryed to again so i froze him and teleported him back up and said '' plz don't try to leave a F1.I warned him twice for trying to leave a F1 and one for RDM.
Some of the parts i didn't remember but i tried hard too.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello congratulations on moderator I am going to teach you the commands of being a moderator.
First one is the one u should use the most is '/tp' it teleports the player to the place you want them to go. Example /tp 'player name' you want them to go to 'player name'.

Second is '/freeze' it freezes the player for 10seconds, 30seconds, 1 minute, 5 minutes, 10minutes and indefinitely that means forever until you unfreeze him.

Third is /slay u don't use it as much it just kills the person.Only use it if you are not a mod on duty and a citizen won't put away his big gun.

Forth is /kick ''Name'' you use it if u want someone out of the game.You use it if someone is prop spamming or if they refuse to get rid of prop block at spawn."

Fifth is /mute ''Name'' it stops the player from talking in mic chat.You only use it if someone is screaming in their mic.

Sixth is /goto ''Name'' it brings you to the player that u put in.

Seventh is /bring ''Name'' it brings the player u put in to you.

Now i am going to tell you about the F1 system
First thing i am gong to tell you is there are 3 tabs admin request, warnings and logging.The admin requests are the F1s people do.They tell you who did it what they want u for and who is handling the F1. Example: Redphoenix Rdm Yourdayzareup
The warnings shows you all the warnings people got.The layout is like this
Players name Steam Id Reason Admin Warnings.
The logging is the thing you use in most of your F1s it tells you how a player died , arrested , switched job and if they were wanted.You can type the players name in the top right corner.

Now i am going to tell you about the F6 system.It tells shows u how many warnings the player has.To find a players warnings u have to put in their steam Id.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello I can see you where banned for propspam it looks like u put some effort into your ban appeal. I will shorten your ban down to 2 week. please don't do it again.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I think I should be promoted because I am on all the time and I do F1s alot.I think I can take the role of being admin and think i can do it right.I think I am mature enough to be an admin.I would not abuse my powers as an admin.I think I am ready to move up to a higher rank.I have been in the zarp community for a while now.I have made a lot of new friends on my journey as a moderator. I have been at all the meeting so far.This is why i should be promoted

Towards the bottom there is a button leading you to a download of a 'welcome pack' (moreso intended for new moderators) - this will give you a brief insight into your duty and how to do it, but before we can give you your rank you will have to attend a training session. You can ask any superadmin for your training..
