Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin. :
I think my time as a moderator will help me because during the time I have solidified my knowledge of the rules to a point where I know every single one more or less exactly. Also, I have a good knowledge of all of the commands at my disposal and have learnt to not abuse them and have a full understanding of the consequences if I were to do so.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user). :
One time, just after I became a moderator, I received an F1 call about a guy who was RDMing and when he was killed by another member of the gang he would break NLR. This sounds simple enough to handle but when I TPed the guy to me he kept running away and micspamming. Because of this I froze him and warned him for micspam. Once he stopped I then proceeded with the F1 situation and had to warn the reported person for the rules he had broken.
If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Dear Moderator,
Firstly, I would like to congratulate you for being accepted as a Moderator! This E-Mail I will go over all of the commands given to you as a Moderator and what all of these commands do.
Commands:
/kick <PlayerName> [Reason]
Allows you to kick a player from the server. This command would be used if a player was prop spamming.
/freeze <PlayerName>
Allows you to freeze a player in their position. This can be used if a player is running away from your F1 situation. Just remember to unfreeze them afterwards.
/ignite <PlayerName>
Lights a player on fire. Used as a punishment towards a player.
/slap <PlayerName>
Literally slaps a player. Used as a punishment towards a player.
/slay <PlayerName>
Kills the selected player instantaneously. Used as a punishment towards a player.
/mute <PlayerName>
Revokes a players ability to use voice communication in-game. Used if someone is micspamming during your F1 situation.
Now we will move onto the teleportation and warning commands:
/tp <PlayerName> [PlayerName]
Teleports the player to where you are looking. Or if you have inputted a second player, it will teleport the first player to the second player. It can also be used as just “/tp”. This will teleport you to wherever you are looking.
/goto <PlayerName>
Allows you to teleport to the selected player. This can be used if a player is stuck or if another staff member calls for assistance in Admin/Moderator chat.
/bring <PlayerName>
Allows you to teleport the selected player to you. This can be used in an F1 or if someone is stuck.
/back
Allows you to teleport back to your last location. It can be used if you were teleported by accident or if you were assisting another staff member and you wish to return to your last location.
/warn <PlayerName> [Reason]
Used to warn a player for breaking a rule. For example “/warn Bob Breaking NLR”. Just make sure that you have sufficient evidence that the player has broken a rule.
/unwarn <PlayerName>
This is used if someone was incorrectly/randomly warned. Just be sure to ask permission if you are going to unwarn another staff members warning.
All of the (above) commands can also be accessed via the 'TAB' menu by clicking on the player then selecting which command to use.
You also have an 'Admin Keypad Checker'. This allows you to check the 'Hold Time' of a keypad, if it is connected to any doors and also you can check a door to see how many keypads control it. This will be indicated by Green dotted lines. The hold time will be displayed in the centre of the fading door prop. To reset the tool so no lines are shown just simply right click.
So having covered all of the commands I will now go through a few things you should do as a Moderator.
-Try to do as many F1’s as you can. Remember your job is to help players in need.
-Do not warn/unwarn a player without a reason and sufficient evidence.
-Feel free to ask a higher rank (Admin/Superadmin) for help. Don’t be scared to ask for assistance in an F1 situation. The higher ranks are there for a reason, to help you.
-You can use “/// <Message>” to talk in admin chat. This will allow you to speak to other staff members and maybe ask for assistance if you need it during an F1 situation.
Just one last tip. You can use console to bind a key on your keyboard to a command/message. (For example “bind T”say /tp”) This will allow you to teleport easier and quicker. You can also do this to instantly say a message when you answer an F1. (For Example “bind P”say Hello, I’m here to handle your F1 request”) This will allow you to quickly inform the player that you are handling their F1.
Once again, congratulations on becoming a Moderator. Hope you enjoy your experience and benefit from it. Hope to see you in game soon.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello 'player x',
You were banned from the server by me for propspam. This can crash the server and can cause people to lose a lot of money. However, you have clearly put a lot of time and effort into your unban appeal. Because of this I will set your ban to a temporary ban of 2 days.
Appeal ACCEPTED, Ban shortened to temporary ban of 2 days.
Why I should be promoted (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I think I should be accepted because I am a very dedicated player to the ZARP Gaming Community. I enjoy helping people in F1 situations but sometimes they need an Admin to delete other players props that they have left in an old base, and if i was an admin I could avoid interrupting the other person by just removing them myself. In these situations an admin is sometimes online but the majority of them I cannot assist them because I can't delete props. Also, I believe that if I got admin I could help more people because having the ability to use the physgun and toolgun on other players/props allows me to assist them in base building problems. I have also had the time as a Moderator to solidify my skills as a staff member and I have also gotten to know some of the staff. I have attended meetings and have never abused any of my moderator powers. I have had plenty of experience as a moderator in F1 situations and feel that I can help other moderators out as an admin.
