If you kill someone without no reason or valid reason, this would rdm.
Example:
X kill Y whilst he is building.
Example:
X kill Y whilst he is running on the road.

*- If Y has hit on his head and If X is Hitman, It wouldn't rdm. -*

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. ;

If you die, you can't go to where you died in 3 minutes. You must wait 3 minutes.
But you can go back when NLR time is up. You can see your NLR time on your screen.
Example:
Y raided X and X killed Y. Y came back before the end of his nlr time.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. ;

If you say something about IC in OOC / OOC in IC this would Metagaming.
Example:
[Advert] Master Thief: Someone Rdm'd me.
(OOC) Gangster: Gun Shop is Open!!

Explain how you would handle the following situation ;

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I ask Player X. Why Player Y killed you? If Player X has a valid reason then i ask Player Y. Why did you kill Player X? And I warn Player Y. If Player Y tell me I didn't do RDM, i ask him. Do you have a proof? If Player Y does not have a proof, i warn him.

Explain how you would handle the following situation ;

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I ask Player Y. Why did you come to same place in 3 minutes. This is NLR. I warn him. If he tell me i don't know then i explain to him. NLR is New Life Rules. If you die, you cant come back to same place in 3 minutes. You must wait. Please read the /rules. If you do this again i will warn you.

Explain how you would handle the following situation ;

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.
I tell him. This is metagame. You can't say that in OOC. You are breaking the rules. If you don't know please read the /rules. If he do it again, just i say i have to warn you. Because you shouldn't do this again.

Why I should be chosen ;

I came back. I was mod but i couldn't play computer for my lesson. Now, I'm here. I see too many rule breaker. I can take proof and i can report them but not be fast. If i can be mod, maybe you know or remember me. I can help and do my duty.
I'll be on duty as i can. Because i would play, that's right but i don't want to see rule breakers. I mean if i see any rulebreakers i would be on duty. I'm playing on 2 servers (Equal). I wish you choose me.
