Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
"Random Death Match" or a more popular use 'RDM" is more commonly used on Dark Role-Play Servers. "RDM" is when someone kills you for no reason and goes further on to do it. I'm walking down the road, just minding my business and someone comes out of a dark alleyway, has a\ gun out, draws me into a dark corner of the alleyway, BANG BANG BANG blast's me with a gun, Then the RDMER goes on and walks away with his gun holstered and carry's on like nothing happened.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
"NLR" an NLR is when someone gets killed (Most likely in a raid) and goes back to their death point before 3 minutes are up (NLR Time). I'm raiding Fedoras base (For Example) and then i progress through popping every gang member in the head and i reach their printer room and i pop (for example) Rob in the head, he re-spawns, comes back and progresses through the Fedora base and reaches my level, pulls out a gun and kills me.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

"Metagaming" is when someone types their location or somewhere to meet over OOC (Out Of Character).
Jim Want's to meet Tim and instead of PM (Private Message) he says the following over OOC "Hey Timmy meet me back at base".

Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

Fist off, i would teleport both players over and freeze them both and ask player x what happened but let them both talk, if only one player has a valid point i would let the victim go and also the rule breaker, but warn the rule breaker and tell him to read the rules in MOTD.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time

I would teleport both people over and ask what happened, I would let them both talk but if one starts screaming over the other i would only allow one to talk. i would ask player x what happened and if he said (for example) "I was raiding his base and i killed him but he came back and killed me" i would follow this up by asking player y what happened but if player y doesnt have a valid answer i would warn him for NLR and let them both back into the world of Role-Play.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

I would warn him for "Metagaming" and tell him not to use OOC in RP Situations

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).

I think I should be chosen to be a moderator or even a trial moderator for the mean time to see how I get on, because I feel like I'm a loyal trustworthy person and I'm really nice and get along with players pretty well, I'm quite good friends with some of them (but that doesn't mean they get less punishment by rulebreaking) I can handle problems quickly and move onto more problems and keep the RP community in tact and not corrupt. I have a microphone and use it quite allot of the time but I do type occasionally if people cant really understand me because I have an accent. I like to keep everyone in a bright happy mood (like I'm mostly in) but if someone gets really mad I will try my best to calm them down. I really enjoy this server and would enjoy it more if I could become a member of staff of my favourite server!

Personally I think you need time on server 1 and your metagaming explanation could be clearer as it is not 100% correct but I know what you mean. Until that happens I am +/- neutral
