How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
I would immediately ask him to stop and give him a warning. If the person keeps disrespecting...I'll mute/gag him and If the person carries on and gets 3 warnings....I will ask an super/admin to ban him.

Why I should be chosen:
I should be chosen for moderator because I'd like to help out with the server as at times, they're aren't any administrators that are on. I've always admire the server as I've donated to this once which is to help the server running as usual. Sometimes I see people disobeying the rules, and I can't do shit because of the lack power/permission that i have. In my opinion, of the way that i think of myself, I'm nice, generous, determined, practical and a little modest...I think which mostly of them, are the elements for being a moderator. Also I will not tolerate with any abuse or offensive language that will upset/affect other players, as i will ensure you that everyone will have equal rights. Furthermore, I will certainly not make a bias decision to a player either they're my friend or a noob, as I will give all my respect to everyone. And if you
accept me, it would be beneficial to the server as there's more administrators looking after the server.
(I will improve my game time)

I know h-bomb alot of DR and sometimes TTT , its a really nice person and very friendly/helpfull so i give +Support

First and foremost, I believe you was moderator last month and resigned due to you going over to a different community. To be honest, I think that means you make decisions too frantic. This shows that you dedication is low.

However, I've recently seen you on the server quite a lot, which shows that you want your moderator rank back. In addition, you have been staff before, which obviously suggests that you can become staff again on the ZARP deathrun servers.

So for now my vote is
+/-Neutral

Moving to a different community thus resigning and then coming back to Zarp to apply again. I don't see no point in this. This is basically like what happened between Dotty and others, but differently. You're a great guy but great guys make mistakes. You're helpful at times but making a move like this, no.
