Dear I TOMLINSON I,
Im replying to your moderator application.There are some mistakes that you need to fix:

Estimated Server Time: 250 Minutes

250 minutes are 4 hours so you need to play more on ZARP servers

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
-Random Death Match or "RDM" is when in any area that is not kos a player starts trying to kill them shooting them or the player kills them

Where is the example of the scenario?

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
-The New Life Rule "NLR" is when a player is killed he forest everything in his last life and can not go back to the
location of his death for 5 minutes, A player gets mugged and dies but goes back to where he was killed is breaking NLR

You copied the New Life Rule for Toopixelated and NLR is not 5 minutes its 3 minutes.

I would PM player X and tell him that it's Metagaming what he is doing, if he dont know what Metagaming is I explain what
it is.Once that is done I would tell him to put in chat /911 and if he continues saying it in OCC after I told him to stop, I would warn him for: Metagaming
