How I would deal with a disrespectful player?: If a player was disrespecting a player (or me) I would simply start out telling him that it is against the server rules, and if he continued it could bring up some consequences. If the player continued disrespecting I would give him a warning. If the player went even further I would gag/mute him, depending on if he is using CHAT or mic, and wait for map change. And if the player choose to continue I would eventually kick him or contact a higher ranked staff on the forums, wich can choose if the player should be banned or not.

Why should i be chosen?: I've had a break here on ZARP, just overall from GMod, but now i've come back to be playing atleast 2-3 hours a day (with small exceptions from time to time) and i'll stay here for a few months atleast. I have alot of admin/moderating experience. I've been a Operator on the CCRGaming's DR SERVERS and a full time Admin on UrbanGamers DR SERVERS. I'm a very friendly, helpful, and trustworthy player, always there to help players which is new and need knowledge about the SERVERS and their functions, hotkeys and commands. I'm already quite well known by a few Mods/Admins on the servers. Some of them which im good friends with and would be easy for me to contact if problems should arise. I'm also known by alot of the players, some which has said to me I should applicate for Moderator. But the main reason i applicated for mod is the task: "To make the SERVERS better" and i will use all my knowledge, and all i've read in the rules to make these servers some of the best DR servers possible in Garry's Mod!

The application you've wrote looks well written and sophisticated which suits the template.

But I rarely see you online so, I'm not sure if your right person to become moderator on Zarp. If I can see you more on the server, then I can fully support you. At the moment I'm Neutral for this weeks voting due to your game time. Therefore I think you should reapply next week with better game time so you can have a better chance.

However, Good Luck with this weeks' voting.

I do remember you sometime on the deathrun servers and if you took a break from ZARP then that explains it a bit. Outstanding application; immaculate as I like it.

Only problem is the gametime, if you can improve that then its a support from me
