How i would deal with a disrespectful player : If a player was disrespecting me or any other staff member, I would verbally warn them and tell them not to do it again, but if they continue disrespecting I will either gag or mute them and also give them a warn with reason of "Disrespecting Staff".

Why I should be chosen : i believe i should be chosen as I have been playing on ZARP deathrun for a long time and have alot of knowledge of the rules.I am a mature individual and help other people out in a friendly manner so they can understand and teach others as they progress.ZARP is the only server I play on because the community is great and I have a lot of fun playing with them.I try to enforce the rules as best as I can without getting into arguements with other players.
I have experience of being a member of staff and know how to deal with rule breakers and trolls who try to ruin other peoples gameplay.
