Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
To RDM or Random Death Match is to kill another player with no reason at all or an insufficient reason. Let’s say player x is walking on the street on the side walk minding his own business when out of nowhere he is shot down by player y . This is a classic RDM which I have been on the end of and observed an f1 about RDM. Will result to warning if continues it will be a ban

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
The new life rule aka NLR is the timer at the top of your screen telling you how long you have left of NLR. NLR is if you have killed you are a mindless drone and have no recall of the event you are to stay out of the district you was killed in and may return when timer is up. Let’s say player x is raiding a base he is killed by player y in his attempt. Player y celebrates when player x walks back and kills him whilst he still has the NLR timer on. This is NLR. Will result to warning if continues it will be a ban

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
META or Metagaming is using OOC chat to give away location, raid in progress, were printers/drugs are. Basically being in character in OOC you should use /g or /pm. No giving out IC information in OOC chat. Will result in verbal warning or warning if continues ban or kick.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First of all I would look at logs then TP the victim of the RDM to me ask him some questions like what’s his name or do you know what gun he used. Just to get some background story then TP to roof and TP victim and RDMER I would hear both sides of the story if I believe there’s a clear RDM I will warn on the grounds of RDM. If it is not clear there will be a verbal warning/advice about RDM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would start a mod sit on the grounds of NLR braking and possible fail raid. He would get warned and the raid will be stopped he shall be TPed back to spawn if he breaks rule again will result in a kick or ban

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would respond into OOC or PM Please do not Meta game this is a verbal warning please don’t do it again thank you. Also I would bind a key to say it. If they offend again I will TP them to a mod sit and discuss sanctions.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
Well I have been playing this server for 16492 + minuets and I love this server and zarp. I hate rule braking and wish to help stop it. I have been the victim of rdm, nlr and meta and anything else you can do. I hate it. It makes playing less fun and enjoyable for the wholes sever. I have many friends that are staff. Two of them told me to go for it so I listened and that’s why I am applying. Also I know the rules very well and will enforce them. I would love to contribute to ZARP and become a member of staff I have been told about the mod menu and certain things by my friends and have researched them. I believe I would make a brilliant moderator if you gave me the chance. I hope you see this in me and grant me moderator so I can make ZARP a better place to play. I would enjoy and try very hard to sort out every f1 I can. I believe I can do it and I hope you do too.

Hello SPECIFIC,
I checked your warning for you and you had one on 25/9/14 which was a while back and shouldn't really have to much of a influence on your mod app anymore. I believe I have seen you in game has Specific remix or similar to that and you have been pretty friendly. Your game trackers look alright you could play on server 2 a little more just so you get use to both maps.

Specific is an excellent ZARP member. He knows his rules, and he knows how to handle people. This being said those are the two fundamental rules needed to handle most situations a moderator will be put through (of course along with training and experience). I belive specific would be a wonderful addition to the ZARP team. I do have ONE THING, I do think that SPECIFIC should get on teamspeak and get to know the other staff members better
