Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
Let's face it. Until you become a moderator you really are and remain pretty clueless. You encounter some of the more odd problems that the people of ZARP have to offer, not to mention your usual prop spamming/rdm/disrespect the list is endless. But you gain a confidence in your knowledge of how to play Dark RP, and even more so; ZARP Dark RP. I have learned many things that will contribute to my skills as an admin. I know how to handle situations and if not I at least know how to handle the people and can definitely provide support in times of doubt. I learned pretty quickly as to how my decisions directly impact the gameplay of others as a staff member on the ZARP team and want to coninue making ZARP a more immersive experience and smooth as possible.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
Not too long ago, actually, Myself and other moderators/admins encountered a player that was upset over losing their printers (one of which included a uranium production unit) during a server wide disconnect. The player was getting frustrated because the situation was out of the online staffs' hands. We could not replace his printers nor refund him the cost of said printers, as we only have our own money and items. If we gave out money and items all of the time we would be stripped bare!! This being said the player was being argumentative and was starting to put up his "wall" merely not responding and was getting to be a little on the disrespectful side. The other staff were losing their patience so I stepped in and talked to the player, letting them know in a calm manner that we could not physically replace these items ourselves we had no authority nor the power to do so. I asked his situation and asked for the screen shots. As I talked to him and handled the situation he became more and more calm and much nicer. Though in the end I was not able to help this player, through mutual understanding and him seeing the staff actually trying to do something on his behalf, we turned an angry sourpuss into a happy go lucky read-to-play guest happy to be back doing what ever it is that he does.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Welcome to the team, new moderator! I am going to train you but afterwards feel totally free to ask anyone for help. Let's get started!
First thing is first. You now have Access to the "Mod on Duty" job! It comes with all of your standard features but now with a "keypad checker" and a handy "weapon checker". Why the weapon checker you may ask? Well sometimes you will find that you are in an F1 and you are being shot at and/or someone you are in a "sit" are. You may freeze the barbaric attacker and confiscate said weapons by merely right click and watch as they plead you not to take their weapons MUWAHAHAHATOTALLYNOTONAPOWERTRIP.

Mod on duty is also a very recognizable player model and causes less confusion. Once you have done so, take a look at these here commands. These will be your new tools for ZARPtown TOTAL DOMINATION #STILLTOTALLYNOTPOWERTRIPPING .

Anything in brackets is purely informational. Use the information in the brackets and delete the brackets for the full functional command.

/warn Let us start with your main tool for taking action against said rule breakers. This is a tool in which the trust of the administration is implied in using. Your best judgement AS A STAFF MEMBER should always be used when administering a warn. Keep in mind that three of these will kick a player, and four will temporarily ban.

/unwarn This is usually used when you accidentally warn the wrong player or need to simply remove one warn from a player who did not need it or a problem may have been completely absolved.

/kick This encouraged to only be used in extreme cases. Even admins learn new things every day, and we do not want a new staff member using kick unless it is for a VERY good reason. examples include (and solid evidence will be needed) non stop mass rdm depending on extremity, someone lagging out the server, hackers, etc.

These commands may be done by typing or by using the "Tab" menu or using the F1 reporting system. Keep in mind that though you may use their name when typing these commands in, you MUST pay attention to the orange text that pops up on the right of the chat box. If the player's name has spaces and you cannot specify the one player, just use STEAM I.D. instead. Doing so will eliminate problems such as mass teleport or slay, etc.

/tp This command is used to teleport wherever you look, or may be used to teleport another player to where you are looking by either typing their name or using their Steam I.D. (preferred, use the Tab menu to find this. You may also click on the Steam I.D. to automatically copy it to your chat bar). This may be bound by a key by console by typing bind "[key you want to use]" "Say /tp"
TP is to be used ONLY in situations that require you as a moderator and may not be used in role play situations or to make your gaming easier.

/bring and /goto Each of these you may type in and include their name/Steam I.D. (I.D. preferred once again) This is more easily used in the F1 system when dealing with a situation, but may also be used through the Tab menu and is the best method as it eliminates more opportunities for mistakes.

THE ALMIGHTLY SLAY COMMAND With this command, SLAY EVERYONE! BE MINGEY! WIN! IIIIF YOU WANT TO BE AUTOPERMABANNEDDEMOTEDANDSTOMPED ON. No really though this is a useful command that should be used through the Tab menu. Once again use your best judgement on when this should and can be used and feel free to experiment with the fun types of slays now available to you...

/freeze and /unfreeze This is personally one of my more favorite commands, as it will freeze a player from running/killing and even respawning. This tool can be used a number of ways and I have found works best at keeping players in your F1 if you use it before teleporting them to you. Similar to other commands this may be typed or used in the Tab menu.
If you use the Tab menu you may even select an amount of time you wish to freeze them for. I have found that players who keep breaking the rules CONSTANTLY due to lack of knowledge of them learn them pretty quick when you freeze them for 5 minutes and put a text screen that says !MOTD in front of them...and ofc tell them to read the rules.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Give me three things that you have learned from your ban, player x. I see that you feel bad for what you have done and that you wish to show improvement. You have learned the hard way that prop spam is wrong and something that we have zero tolerance for as it ruins the ZARP Dark RP gaming experience for others. Also, tell me three things you can do to improve yourself in the ZARP community, if I like your answer I can consider your ban null and void!

Isn't it obvious!? World domination and good banter, of course! But in all seriousness....I have been a mod for a little bit now, and have learned the right and wrong way of doing things. I am much more confident in my knowledge of the game as well as how to handle those more...unique situations. I only wish to take on admin because I feel that I can not only handle a larger variety of situations, but can also mentor the new staff members along their path to being a great team member, as well. You have all gotten to know me as a person and get to know how I handle my situations. Whether or not you like them or the things I do should be the reason behind the decision to make me staff or not.
