Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
My time as a moderator was very difficult since i can't do much as admin can do, such as banning jailing, muting etc. As a moderator i have learned a lot of things to help me with f1 situations and solving problems. Becoming an admin will help me a lot doing f1 situations and helping out players with their problems in need of an admin. As a moderator i had some difficulties solving some situations but i work my way threw them, sometimes when i get an f1 about a mass rdmer i can't ban which is a bad thing, so then i look at the tab menu and see no admins so then that person mass rdming gets kicked but not banned.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
An obstacle/situation i had to work threw was about a group of 2-3 raiding a base with 4 people breaking nlr and breaking failrp so i had to check the logs and see who broke what and warn them for it. Also some players that were getting raided had other people defend them which was a great confusion to me and so i tried to focus and see what had happened, i was pretty sure some players were lieing because it sounded like they weren't telling me the full story of what happened. So then i saw a player that was a miner getting raided basing with some criminals and i told him why he killed the people raiding and he said he was basing there and then said he wasn't after a couple minutes after. So i warned the miner and the people who broke nlr and there was some people rdming on the streets but i wasn't sure who it was, i tried to see who it was, but there was no evidence about those players rdming.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Thank you for applying, you have been accepted to become apart of our Staff Team as a Moderator! I will be showing you how to use in-game commands you will be able to use as a Moderator. There's a Tab Menu where you can access the commands if you click the players name and see the commands you are able to access with permission.
Now i will be showing you how to use commands in chat and as a keybind, reading the info next to the command will show you what it does and how it works! We will first be talking about the Unwarn Command then i will show you the rest of the commands you have permission to use as a "Mod on Duty", you are also be able to switch to a job where you can become a "Mod on Duty" and you can use the teleport command.

/Unwarn (SteamID) - This command will let you take off 1 warn from a player you have warned or have warned them by accident.

/Warn (SteamID) (Reason) - In this command you will be able to warn players which is your main thing to stop rule breakers with, you will first need to get their steam id which is by clicking their name in the Tab Menu and looking for their Steam ID under their profile picture. After you got their SteamID you will need to warn a player with a small amount of words such as, "NLR", "FDA", you are not able to use,"Rdm'ed and Nlr'ed while raiding".

/Kick (SteamID) (Reason) - The kick command will let you kick other players if they're PropSpamming and continuously breaking rules.

These following commands will be accessable with the f1 program and will be able to type in chat, you can also keybind some of them.

/Tp - With this tp command you are able to teleport where you are looking at, you can also tp other people with the command /tp (SteamID) (You are able to keybind this by typing this in console in Gmod, bind "g" "say/tp")

/Bring (SteamID) - This command will be in the Tab Menu and in the f1 program. It will bring the player to you when you are dealing with an f1.

/Goto (SteamID) - This command will teleport you to the person with the steam id you pasted in the commands.

/Ignite (SteamID) - This command will burn them until you type /extinguish(Also accessible in the TAB Menu)

/Slay (SteamID) - This command will kill a player, if you think he deserve to be slain.(Also accessible in the TAB Menu)

/Slap (SteamID) - In this command you are able to slap someone for an amount of time and amount of damage.(Also accessible in the TAB Menu)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello (Player),
I've read your Unban Application, i see that you don't mean to Prop Spam and this is your first time so i will be lowering your ban time to 2 weeks. Prop Spamming or trying to crash the server will not be tolerated in the Zarp Dark RP Servers, i recommend you read the rules 2-3 times so you won't make this mistake again. Getting yourself banned will give you a small chance of getting unbanned since it will be your second time so i advise you don't do it again. Thank you and have a nice day.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

As a moderator i think i should be promoted to Admin, because i would be able to do more than a moderator can. As a Moderator i have a little bit of commands i was able to use only for f1 situations, but not commands for something more advanced such as Mass RDMing. If i was an Admin i would help other Mods in need of help such as banning or looking inside base using no-clip and Cloak. I think being promoted to an Admin will help me a ton dealing with hard situations and other confusing problems. Also if i were to be promoted i would help other staff members in an f1 and/or doing the f1 for them. Being promoted to Admin will be a better rank for me to deal with rule breakers who purposely ruin Dark RP, and who break tons of rules like breaking NLR a lot of times and RDMing people at spawn.

Oh man, its been forever since you applied. You're a great guy at heart that helps on the SSRP servers when needed. Yes we all have the immature moments but for you its quite often xD; No worries to that but you have my, " Yes "

Glacial has been accepted for moderator the same week I have. (2 months and 1 week ago from now) He is a very experienced moderator and quite dedicated. He handles F1's quite well.
He deserves this promotion, and I trust that he will only do a better job now that he has a wider range of powers.
