Why I should be promoted?

I think i should be promoted because i am a very nice guy to everyone who joins ZARP's death run server.I feel i should become an admin now because i feel i have gotten used to moderater and am more confident to move up to admin. I also feel that I am a young active person with a lot of potential. I am very well trusted (I have never abused my commands on anyone). Since moderator's cant ban there have been a few occasions that i had to call an admin to come to ban him or deal with him me severely. Sometimes I come on the server for a little bit to ensure that no one is breaking the rules. I take this position very serious and i also have a few jokes with others at times .I am more experienced with dealing with rule breakers on ZARP Death run. I think that I would be a great admin to death run and make this server more enjoyable. Finally One of the main reasons i applied for Admin is because i am sure i am ready for Admin (I am well used to all the moderator commands).

You have about 8 hours game time this week which is good,
however there have been a few cases where I've noticed you being very immature and disrespectful towards other people on the server (usually via admin chat)
If I see an improvement in behavior I will change my vote, But for now I do not think you are ready.

As you probably know Jazz i do not intend to be disrespectful to anyone one Deathrun.
If i have been disrespectful to any staff on death run please reply on this topic i owe you a massive apology !!
