Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario. (players X and Y)
Random Death Match AKA RDM is when a player kills and or injures another player without any cause. For example, player Y is walking from spawn towards the residential area, then out of knowhere player Y is killed by player X. F1 starts, player X gets warned for RDM.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule AKA NLR is when a player is killed is a certain area, but cannot go back to that area until NLR time is up. For example, Player X is raiding player Y, during the raid player X killes player Y. Player Y cannot go back to the spot he was killed at untill his NLR timer is up. If player Y breaks NLR it will result in punishment.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is basically giving out IC info in OOC chat such as your location, where you're raiding, who is raiding you, etc. You are also metagaming when giving ingame info in out of server channels suck as Skype and or Teamspeak.
For example - A gun dealer is getting raided and says in OOC " HELP IM BEING RAIDED BY A BUNCH OF THIEVES, IM BY THE BANK PLEASE HELP" That is Metagaming as he gave out IC info such as his location and who is raiding him in OOC chat. Instead of OOC use /advert and or /pm a friend to assist.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.To start it off i would TP both the players involved to a secluded location where we cannot be disturbed by any players. I would check the logs to see when player Y was killed and if he goes back in the peak of time, with any NLR time left, then player Y has broken NLR and will result in a punishment.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Same steps, I will Bring both player X and Y to a secluded location where we would not be disturbed by anyone. Then ask player X his side, he says player Y broke NLR . When player X is finished I will ask for player Ys part of the story. If the stories do not match , I will ask for proof from player X that player Y has broken NLR. If no proof is given no punishment will be thrown out, but i will give verbal warning to both explaining not to break NLR as it is against the rules, then send them back to where they were. On the other hand if strong proof is given that player Y broke NLR i will warn player Y for breaking NLR and give a second warning if necessary.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
Right off the bat i will tell player X that he is metagaming. If he continues to ask for help in OOC I would bring him and tell him to read the rules about metagaming followed by a verbal warning, and if it happens again it will result in a kick.


Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I have been with GMOD for about 2-3 years, i have experience as a Moderator, Admin, and as a CO of a DarkRP server that my friend started up. I should be chosen because im a friendly person, i have been getting to know quite a bit of the staff. I even made some friends that are staff. Other than that i have been helping the server ever since i have got to know the rules of the server, i help new players to find places such as the PD, bank, or just a normal building. The main reason i should be picked is that Admins and Mods arnt always on they have lives ( no offence to anyone) they cant be on all the time, i will do my best to keep the server in shape from rule breakers, and or abusive staff by reporting them to the forums. I will do my best to get as many F1s as i can before i take a break and roleplay. To sum it all up, i will get on when i can im in schoolfrom 9AM-4PM EST so thats a downside, but the weekends are the best. Also i will support admins throughout my time ont he server even if im not a moderator i will get to know how to use the commands and what is the necessary punishment for this broken rule. Lastly i willDo my best to keep the server in shape and clean of Trolls, minges, and rule breakers.
