How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: ) I would verbally warn hem first to stop disrespecting, then if he carries on mute/gag + warn. If he still carries on afyrt the unmute/ungag then warn hem for disrespect + kick him. After the kick if he comes back and still carries on then i would ask a admin to ban him for the appropriate time.

Why I should be chosen: im nice to people i treat them well i help them if they need help with some thing and i respect everyone on the server and im good to everyone i have been on this server when i started on gmod im good making friends to others im kind to the people i dont say any thing rude to them i respect all staff and the people on this server

Great to see it are interested in become a mod, and I have to say your application is quite nice. However, you activity seems a bit low with only 1 hour this week, so I suggest trying to get that up because its not really enough! First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for making the effort to apply for a rank on the ZARP Deathrun server. Your application has been discussed at an administrative meeting, and from there it has been voted on.

Unfortunately as more staff members voted 'no' than 'yes', the application has been denied.
