Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Rdm or Random Death Match is when one player kills another one for no reasons or reasons that break against the rules. For example one player walks along the road and another one comes up and shoots him.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule means that when a player dies there is a period of 3 minutes during the player can’t return to the district he was killed in. For example if a player is raided he can’t return until 3 minutes have passed.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when a player talks “in character” in the “out of character” chat, for example selling stuff in the ooc chat.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would first teleport to player x and ask for the circumstances of the rdm then I would teleport player y and ask why he killed player x. If he admits I would warn him but if he denies and has a reason for the kill I would ask player x for proof and if he can prove beyond a reasonable doubt I would warn player x and otherwise drop the case.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I’d teleport player x to me and ask where the NLR took place then I would teleport player y and ask him why he broke NLR either he admits and I give him a warning or he has an explanation. If the explanation is valid I’d drop the case otherwise if I without doubt can say he has broken NLR I would give him a warning

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
Well I would give him a verbal warning that he is Metagaming and that if he does this again I will give him a warning

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I should be chosen because I love playing on Zarp and have been doing it for a while. I have a lot of game time and I am active doing a lot of f1:s. I usually play several hours a day and often during the night when there might not be as many other mods online, especially on server 2 during the night. I know I have broken some rules in the past but I have learned from each mistake and think they’ve made me a better future mod. I think I would be good and fair mod and I get a chance to help out on the server and prove that I can be a good and responsible moderator.

You have nice activity on both DarkRP 1&2, You seem like a friendly person and knows the rules. You only have 2 Punishments on record and only 1 would count but it was a while ago. The kick was most likely was for a good reason such has they needed another spot and you was AFK so that will be not be held towards you.
