Intro: I would like to be Moderator on one of your Minecraft servers, I want to prove myself and show what I can do to help with little power.

Do you have any past experience in Minecraft server administration?
Yep, I used to be Head Administrator in 2012-2013 for a server and also Jr. Moderator for a Private server.

A user AFK at the PvP line appears to be autoclicking (arm movement), how would you deal with this?
I would ask once if they're there, if they don't reply I would ask a second time if they didn't reply again I would kick them for AFK/Possible Trolling

A user has complained that a user actively PvPing at the gate is using forcefield (FF), how would you proceed with this accusation (assuming that you have a screen recorder, but no NoCheat plugin).
I would attempt to approach them and hit them if nothing happened I would get a higher rank to go into /gamemode 1 and attempt to hit him if they couldn't hit him it would be classed as Force Field and the person who helped get rid of the rule breaker I would give a reward (Diamond or Gold or something).

A new user joins today, but within a matter of hours has a vast supply of highly enchantable items. What is the term for this suspicion, and how do you proceed to investigate?
I would start by going into /gamemode 3 (Makes you like a ghost but you can access chest and people inventory's without people knowing), I would then monitor there actions if it turned out they were using a cheating method, Teleporting it in, going into gamemode 1 and getting stuff I would then proceed to get a higher rank to ban them for hacks.

Explain why a suspicion of a fullbright ability alone doesn't necessarily suggest client side modifications are present.
There are different ways to see in the dark, using Night Vision potion and you can attempt to use a plugin separate to your PC (Legal) to see in the dark.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - we recommend at least 80 words).
Having Experience with past management I would fit the ideal choice, I know many commands and I try to keep up-to-date with minecraft, I find it a fun game and there sometimes are problems with, spamming, Hacking and other stuff that I may not have mentioned I would dedicate time and effort to the minecraft servers and try to maintain the happy feeling and smooth flow of it. I like to have fun and on the old servers I use to manage I was chosen Head Admin by the public if that server (I was against 2 other peeps).

Alright, Your dealing with FF is wrong
To deal with a person using hacks, get a bunch of players to attack from numerous sides. If he is using hacks, he'll always switch to the nearest player even if he can't see them (You can use vanish as well)
For xray you cannot do anything as not even admins have the power to do much here, but it's still not right.
You'd use logblock to find his mines or watch him mine while vanished using VNP (Gm 3 can be picked up by hacked clients) then just use your intuition.

Since you'll not be able to change gamemodes or become vanished unless your SA or higher, you won't really need these.
Getting admin will allow you to potentially catch xrayers using logblock.

So for mod + support any other rank would be -support.

First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for making the effort to apply for a rank on the ZARP Minecraft server. Your application has been discussed at an administrative meeting, and from there it has been voted on.

Unfortunately as more staff members voted 'no' than 'yes', the application has been denied.

However, the meeting host has taken some criticisms made by the admins and provided you with this feedback:

Needs to be more active.
